That's Samsung app....will not work in cm 7.

There are many .... use to your liking and need.....choose from root explorer,astro,estrongs,efilemanager and file expert.
@sonic5909 -Touchwiz launcher is a standalone app while most other apps are dependent on Samsung framework.

I know at least that pushing a deodexed MyFiles.apk into /system/app doesn't work.
I copied framework-res jar and apk to system/framework/ and it still doesn't work. WHY?

No cause the original TW 4 apk needs arm7 to run! maybe someone can port
the look of TW 4 on mini but the original dont run on mini!!

You can move it but its not necessary to do that! Work with both ways!!

it works well but the 4x4 grid on home screen overlaps the dock bar. is it a known bugs?

Put them in system/app folder using ''root explorer'' app (remember that u have to select the write option if u want to add an app to system)
than and reboot
The MIUI SMS app would be good. The stock SMS app in CM7 doesn't look good and GO SMS Pro makes the screen seem congested.

You don´t need to port sony walkman you can just copy the apk to system/app and set permision to rw-r-r then reboot device.
edit:i have it fully working on my device far back with custom icon

A request regarding this weather widget port
If it would be possible, please provide a port for this weather widget that will not require a rooted phone. I'm unfortunately very hesitant to root my phone with the red glaring bold letters mentioning the risk/s of doing so. I admit that I'm an absolute noob when it comes to rooting. I have a p5100 with 4.0.4 (which was installed through Odin). Thank you.

I've rooted my phone (I realized it was fairly easy and I'm relieved that nothing wrong happened), and I've pushed the apks to system/apps.
Guys, i can't seem to install this..
Im runnig a rooted p5110 with cm9 and i downloaded the apks, moved them to system/app but cannot install.
Any ideas what i am doing wrong? Cheers

HOW TO MAKE IT WORKING :
1:Install s-voice as a regular apk
2:install root explorer
3;Then go to system\build.prop
4: Change the ro.product.model and ro.product.device to GT-I9300
5:Then reboot the device.....the s-voice should be working
6:Should work on ics and jb
NOTE: i had tested in jellybean it's working fine for me

for those who want s5 notificaion panel they can use wanam method:
-install xposed installer and restart
-install wanam xposed,activate it then reboot

and place it on internal storage on (.WanamXposed) folder
-return to wanam xposed,go to menu-restore a backup and select tab4vrtwanam
-reboot and enjoy
