Hello everybody!
Before 5 months I bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab of 7 inches ,the model GT-P1000 and I am very happy about it.
But I have 3 queries and I want your help.
1. If we listen a strange noise -a long shhhhhh - when we try to call or when our friends call us and not when we watch a movie or we listen a song, what we have to do to fix this noise?
2.If we disabled the light from menu keys -you know the menu, home, back and search touch buttons options on the front side of SGT- how we can re-enable it?
3. How we load the honeycomp on our Tab and how we can have the phone functions on it when it will have the final version?

Hello,
I really like my TD2 and TF3D but i'm missing some things..
I hope someone can make this or maybe it already exists..
- In the contacts tab you have at the right side the alphabet were you can select a letter to search contact, I'm wondering this is possible in the music tab, because when i want to listen to a song that starts with the " w " i need to scroll down allot and that takes some time..
- Scrolling with the zoombar, i have seen a topic about this but there wasn't a working solution
- When you're listening to music with the earplugs you can still use the volume buttons when the devices screen is turned off. It would be really helpful to go to the next song with the " hang up " button and go to the previous song with the " start call " button. Is this possible??
- Open a program by holding the start and/or back button. This does work by holding the " start call " button and the " hang up " button. But not with the start and go back button.
- I can't change my SMS receive sound in a .wav file of 4.21kb. Any solution for this? maybe some config change program
- No top curtain at the home menu, I tried some .cabs that would remove it but this didn't work, there was jus't a white bar. and there was also a white bar in the other tabs.
Thanks and Regards, Bas

Already found and tried that but it doesn't work...
To scroll really quickly through your entire list of music, try using Windows Media Player instead of the TF3D music tab. Just switch off the tab in Settings and the phone will use WMP instead. It's much, much faster than TF3D and displays your album art face on instead of skewed to one side.
As far as skipping tracks is concerned, WMP allows you to assign whatever keys you like to whatever functions you want. Personally I use stereo bluetooth headphones which have built in volume, start/pause and track skip controls.
No topcurtain

This bluetooth adapter is what I use myself. Without changing any settings on my TD2 it works perfectly, and it can change volume up / down and change track. Sound quality is far better than what I was expecting, with no hissing or crackling. And cheap as chips.
Hi everyone, I am taking a roadtrip with my little one next month and was wondering if anyone knew of a remote accessory for the tab that would allow me to control video playback on the tab so I could set it up for the baby in the back seat and hit play if he gets fussy. Or maybe an app that would allow me control from my photon in the front seat? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thx in advance.
Does anyone know if there's any way of getting starfront collision to work on the Galaxy Note (GT-N7000)?

Hello xda,
Now what I am posting today is NOT THE EFFICIENT way of playing YouTube songs or videos in the background but it is effective. This will shouw that youtube background playback is poasible. I hope someone can understand thh logic and convert this into an application or an xposed module at some point.
Step 1 - ask a friend to call you in a while, say 30 seconds
Step 2 - meanwhile open a YouTube video so that when your friend calls you YouTube automatically pauses it for you
Step 3- take the call and press home button in between the call and then just disconnect it
Your videos should continue playing in the background
Again, I am not saying this is a trick or sth. I am just sharing so that someone can use this and actually make it a trick to play YouTube videos in the background.
PS-the currentxposed module doesn't work for me
PS2- I am facing a problem with my phone, for which I posted in the nexus 5 troubleshooting group but no reply as of yet. Could you please give it a look and help me out there. Here's the link

Current YouTube Background Playback doesn't work because it hasn't been updated to work with the current YouTube, yet... You can simply downgrade your YouTube using XInstaller or Uninstall then Install an older version.
Samsung has a new feature that may or may not be useful for ChromeCast.
I'm hoping someone here has the S8 device and can check for us?

This is a life saver for parents
Go to Settings - sound and vibration - Separate App sound (all the way at the bottom)
Turn on and pick the app you want(limited to 1 app at a time)
Then choose the location (I chose Music to bluetooth)
This way I can still listen to music and be able to hand my daughter my phone so she can watch youtube

And I posted this question on that thread:

One of my issues with the Google ChromeCast is that when the phone is used as a source, all audio is sent over that ChromeCast connection.
You cannot divert the audio to Bluetooth for bluetooth speakers/headphones.
Does anyone know if this new Samsung feature will allow you to divert ChromeCast audio to Bluetooth?
That would be pretty darn cool if it did.
EDIT: Btw, I don't have the Samsung phone.
I was linked here from a Google Pixel thread. But I'm really interested to know the answer to my question above.
