Install Market Enabler from market. Basically what it does, it changes the Markets Region, so you unlock apps that are not supported in your region.
I had the same problem when i tried installing Google+, i couldn't find it in market, and then i found out that Cyprus wasn't supported. So Market Enabler did the trick.
Cheers

Thanks alot, it fixed my problem

Anytime

The easiest way I find is to uninstall then reinstall Market Enabler, remember to save ur settings next time so that u can always go back to them.

Market Enabler in froyo

Hi
Couple of quick questions:
1: Does market enabler work with froyo? Any1 tried this?
2: Any1 from Norway tried market enabler and got it to work successfully? On what network?
Those are my questions so far, thx for any answers
EDIT:
Links:

I'm using MarketAccess with Froyo. It works fine for me here in Ireland.

Really? You own Google's flagship device and you couldn't even use their premier product (search)?

thank you for that oh-so-kind reply.
can someone please make a mirror
MarketEnabler_v3.0.8 is not a valid file????
Marketenabler worked fine to me.. Meaning it fakes your my sim and i can see paid apps. I haven't bought anything yet tho'
both works fine.
enabler in froyo and enabler in norway
Use Market Access!
Market enabler doesn't work for me (Nexus One running stock Froyo (FRF91) in Brasil)
Instead I'm using "Universal Androot"
forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=747598
and Market Access
amip.tools-for.net/android/MarketAccess
Now it works like a dream and I've already purchased a couple of apps.
Can also confirm that market access works like a charm. Running CM6 RC2, but with locked bootloader.
Market Access
I am using Market Access on a Samsung Galaxy S with Froyo JP3. Works fine it seems. Was able to buy apps.

App for saving market links

Are there any applications that can save/backup the market links for all my installed applications? This would be very handy when flashing!
I don't wish to backup the apps themselves, just the market links, so that when I flash, I can install the apps one by one from market. This way, I know I get a fresh install and the newest updates.
In advance, thanks!

Do you know that it has said function? I tried it once and it didn't work, but maybe I did something wrong.

I have just re downloaded all my apps using AppBrain as usual .
Might need to make a new list if you have updated your phone . But thats as simple as using old list and click on install button .
Alternative is to use root explorer and copy the APKs to your computer .

Of course it would be like that since our phone is LDPI. If the apps you wanted were made for hdpi or mdpi, then you have no choice. Try to search for ported versions to ldpi/qvga. But this is not the only reason why it would say incompatible. The app may require higher processor speeds, larger RAM and what not..

oh I'm sorry about me questioning ur rom(which now i bet ur using a pure stock rom)., but for checking what baseband and android version u are currently using go to setting>>about phone.
anyway what app to be exactly it is that u mentioned not compatible with ur device and carrier? because yeah play store(market) restrict some app to be able to download to some country only i.e netflix, hbo, holo app only available for us region.
if ur phone rooted u can use market unlocker to disguise your carrier and region
and for some app like games that are only meant for high end with hq resolution, high processors and different type of cpu driver there is nothing we galaxy mini user can do about it, unless someone had port it to able to use to our phones...
hope I'm not confused you lol
