[Q] Install LG Optimus 3D Firmware on LG Thrill

Hi Guys,
i'm getting bored to wait for the gingerbread update on LG Thrill so i decided to install the optimus 3D firmware. My idea is to install the LG Optimus 3D Firmware with Froyo and after update it from the phone.
I've found this two ways:

The latter seem more easy to install even because i've done this procedure with a tablet and works properly for that. What do you think?

please let me know if any of those work. I am too waiting for GB for my Thrill 925 V10e. AT&T

I just got a new LG Optimus 3d aka Thrill 4G p925g from Rogers Canada
I read a lot's on this forum about this phone and I like to know what is the best rom and kernel and baseband.
I like to know the best rom for rogers?
If that possible to keep rogers app? (or download after)
What is the best mod I can make with this phone.
Well, I root my phone with Megatron and I am rooted now. Only that Is make on it

[Q] help related to updating LG P925 Thrill 4G (AT&T) (Unlocked)

Hi,I am new here and I need some help related to my LG P925 Thrill 4G (AT&T)
which i have unlocked as I stay in India and I use my vodafone sim card
here is the general info about my phone(attached image)
Android 2.2.2
L6260-MODEM-SIC-01.1042.00
kernel:2.6.35.7
Now i want to update my phone to GB is there a way i can do that because when i have been trying to do that with LG Mobile support
tool,I am getting this message:
"Software update is not supported for this model
Help me out in updating my OS..I am open to rooting the phone and installing a custom rom
shall i root my phone using megatron windows?

I'm not sure about the availability of the updates in your region, however, you could install clockworkmod recovery and flash a GB KDZ ( I think V21E is the newest) and then flash a custom ROM. The latest Cyanogen Mod 7 Nightly (9-30) for the p920 has been running flawless for me and I highly recommend giving it a shot. With the theme chooser you can choose and ICS theme for that look and feel of 4.0 or 4.1. Take a look around the forums for some helpful guides on flashing KDZs and ROMs and read through a few ROM threads to get an idea of what you should expect.

You need to upgrade with kdz.. Find dark lestat thread in development marked tools follow exactly.

Hello, where can I find a LG flashtool for a LG thrill 925. I keep finding broken links and old news. i have spent alot of time looking with no luck only broken links. I have a brick 925 and I want to fix it. Thanks for the help.

P920 is the same phone, just not AT&T branded

I have been trying different roms for lg p925 , and i dont like them .Can anyone upload the lollipop for lg thrill p925 .I know it might be available on other sites but i'm not getting it ,tired of completing offers on other sites Plus no one responds there.
