G-Sensor Problem! HC on DS7 - Dell Streak 7

after installing honeycomb on streak 7, i have problem with G-sensor
while playing games that use G-sensor, like asphalt , i have to use up for right and down for left !!!!!
it changed 90 degree in sphere !!
how to calibrate??

i 'm having the same problem. i guess the only thing to do is hope dell will address the problem in an update. the g-sensor seems calibrated fine with most of my sons games, it's only a few that are calibrated to 90degrees off.

I installed the honeycomb yesterday and I was testing the asphalt and 6 had the same problem if anyone knows how to fix this problem ...

Need for Speed - Shift . Problem on level 6 Chicago

There must be a bug on this game. At Level 6 Chicago even though I get enough point for 1st place I end up being recorded as 4th place , thus I cannot go any further. No matter what I still get 4th place !?!!?!
I got NFS from the Samsung Apps . I tried to install NFS from the Market ( I had bought it for my N1 ) but I cannot download the game on my Tab, I guess because it's been distributed by the Samsung Apps.
Anyone with the same problem ?

Funky Accelerometer: Hardware or Software Problem?

I'm noticing some laggy/inconsistent/jerky/damned-weird inputs from the accelerometer on tilt-heavy games like SpeedX. I'm willing to blame it on cheap hardware - after all, B&N probably never expected the accelerometer to be used for anything but detecting device orientation. But has it been weird for everybody else? (Particularly, people running rooted Stock?) I am having the trouble with CM7 Nightly v15 from eMMC and would like to hear what other people's experience has been.
My wife's does the same thing. it just jitters around when doing that speedx warp thing. Makes it an extra challenge, which is a plus, but it gives her a headache compared to my droid X which is smooth as butter.
I wonder if there's just something to change sensitivity? I'm sure we are probably one of the few that have this issue, more people should have said something?
I'm running manual nooter root with an over clocked kernel.
The game works perfectly for me.
I did find that it is important to hold the Nook as you will during the game and still when it first starts so the accelerometer is calibrated.
Worked the same before overclocking.

i've had it sitting 100% still in the upright position that we'd be playing in, but it still jitters.
I've found that you can change the sensitivity in the SpeedX game itself - once I lowered the sensitivity, the SpeedX game was much better - it doesn't jitter left and right by itself anymore....

PES2011 HD2 touch screen issues

Great game, downloaded the trial version to test...
Only problem is using the on screen button controls, you can run...but can't shoot, pass at the same time you have to take your thumb off the on screen control pad to be able to use the two buttons.
Only way to play is with the accelerator and one touch controls, which is pretty tricky, shame.
Do you think the HD7 would suffer from this problem?
The HD7 will be perfectly fine as it has 4 point multitouch
PES DONT WORK ON MY HTC any solution please ?
Also waiting for a solution.
don´t ask for a solution cuz there won´t be a solution against this (multitouch) issue for HD2..

[Q] "reverse" accelerometer, or app problem?

Hello all!
I have been a proud user of Galaxy Note user for a bit over a week now, and I am trying to test (in real app-world) if all the sensors are working correctly to be able to bring change it at the store if something doesn't work, since I'm eager to root my device and I probably won't be able to return it then.
Yesterday I installed the game AirPenguin, which uses accelerometer controls, and it seems all messed up. Basically what happens is that as soon as the game starts, the bird goes flying way left, even though I am holding the phone still. What I found out after experimenting a bit was that the game itself is locked to portrait mode, but the accelerometer works as if it was in landscape. Meaning I have to hold it in landscape, and when I then tilt it left, the bird flies left in game-screen, but left is down from my point of view.
I was wondering if anyone else has seen such problem in this game or any other app, and if it is just a game bug or if there could be a problem with the accelerometer.
The stock accelerometer calibration works without a problem - when I tilt the phone left, the ball goes right, and when I tilt it right, it goes left (I suppose that's how it's supposed to be).
Thank you all in advance!
ME TOO
I'm facing the same problem on my Galaxy Note, I wonder if that happens also on other android devices or it's a galaxy note issue only?
i dont have the app, but is auto-rotate (that thing in the notification bar) turned off or on? try changing that to see if it fixes it?
