[Q]how extract apk??

hey guys sorry for this thread and noob question but i need to know how extract apk of digital tv of the SGS GT-I9000B (Brazilian version), i do this question cause if i want change the rom of my SGS i lost my digital tv, and with this making useless the antenna and devaluing my sgs
somebody have ideia what i have to do??

U got root ?
Just get root explorer or something or
adb pull /system/app C:\blabhlah

how extract apps with root explorer??

Just copy n paste to ur sdcard. Press n hold on /system/app folder, select copy n go to ur sdcard n press paste.

i found the apk of digital tv, this just used other name in the files of root explorer

it's not going to work without the TV feature on the SGS, isn't that hardware based?
and you need the Antennae too
so far only Korea, Brazil, Chile has the SGS with TV

Mate if you would go just one page back you would understand that he is from Brazil and he have all he needs for this!

[Q] Galaxy s Not Rooted after.....

I flashed this using Odin v1.7 Gingerbread-GT-I9000-stock-kernel+hacks ?
When i enter recovery vol up/power/home button all that seems to have changed but i still dont have root privelages ?
Anyone know why or what i have missed ?

[MOD] Call recording

Hi all,
THis method works with ALL GNOTE Gingerbread ROMs, latest LC1 also.
You have to flash this file with CWM recovery, and use Sanity (from PlayStore) with "audio phone" method of recording (or something similar, I have italian menus).
Please, do a nandroid first....

It flashes two audio libraries only, tried myself and works fine, very strange...

This does not work. Avoid until proven stable.

There's nothing to explain, you must have root and CWM recovery installed, see this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1329360
For italian version (KJ4) is this link http://www.multiupload.com/UN5L6R73GE
After that, flash my mod, then install "Sanity" from market and enable recording, then set audio format "mp4", audio source "phone call", automatic start "disabled", automatic stop "enabled" with 3 seconds delay.
When in call, if you want to rec, simply press home button, then "call recording" on status bar notify. More simple if you create a shortcut to "Sanity/call recording" in home screen. That's all
P.s. : I'm able to rec also with bluetooth headset.

If your Galaxy TAB is based on gingerbread rom, simply make a nandroid backup and try if it works...
If not, simply restore nandroid...

Italian may have been requested, but English is the language of XDA, you must provide an English translation to foreign language posts.

I do not buy phones if i can not record voice calls..

My Galaxy tab has update to gingerbread alreay and I follow your instruction to flash this mod to tab, and then reboot tab .....
Tab can not reboot again!
However, I've recovery it by Clockwork Recovery, so it does'nt cause any damage, anyway, thank you for your help!

hehe...you are right but your trick is a bit difficult....
i'd like to use strategyB mode on TotalRecul...
The problem is that very few users are interested in Note...and fewer in recording calls...
waiting for S3...boh...

Hi. Nice and good looking rom. But i have one question. Can you tell me a little more about those 2 bugs you stated in the post?
What's main problem? You can't change time, select alarm or something else, change volume etc?
Thanks again i am looking to install some samsung like rom to my sisters phone because on 5.1 she can't make SD card as internal storage. Is that possible with this rom?

No isnt possible .
The samsung dont allow to make sd card as internal storage.
The main option of im install custom roms to use this feature but no one rom have it

You can do it with Root Essentials

At this moment i have installed Resurrection Remix and i done that with SD card. But rom is terrible to use with a lot of problems (camera, wifi, stability, etc) so this would be got alternative if that option is possible.
I read that this is possible in any Android system starting from 6.0 Marshmallow.

Clock: When setting Alarm,The app crashes which makes the app unusable
Volume just has a weird GUI glitch. It still works well
And for the SD card, No.You can't make it as Internal. Gonna try doing that in the next update

I have an idea! This systemui is for GraceUX. So maybe we can put it in RE Rom and solve The flickering and the lockscreen problem too!
