As Nooby asked to collect all launchers/etc. I decided to open this thread here
Firstly i must say that it was Gabwerkz (so obviously, big thanks for him!) idea to push lg's launcher from repack to cm10. As we all can try - it really wroks !
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is original flashable zip provided by tantrums:
LG_Home3_by_gabwerkz.zip - 24.34 Mb
Only LGhome3 with themes.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
What i've changed in my version:
Removed search bar
Added Weather Widget.apk
Download - 42 Mb
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is version proposed by Soleiyu:
Enabled search bar
Added Weather Widget.apk
Download - 42 Mb
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Now we can discuss this topic in proper place
And this is how my little-modified version looks (you can easily change any icon on homescreen by long-tapping on it, then again on some brush-like thing, and then choose needed icon)
thanks!!! i was looking for it!!! i've tried before my own way pushing the apk extracted from repack but it doesn't work... i hope this one really work!
Will these work with CM10?
Think we should try to port the lockscreen, since it is really nice, but I ve never ported anything, so maybe anyone with time and the knowledge can give it a shot. Dont know, if it's just about to also push the app and chmod it, or if there are serious changes needed for it to work. But I think we would at least have to mod framework a bit...
Thanks for this thread btw

If someone really has knowledge to port lockscreen from lg 3.0 to cm10, lets the black magic begin but if no, that would be big pity, its really pretty.

I wasnt talking about this cheap port. I was talking about taking the actual lockscreen.apk from KU repack and push it to /system/app/, chmod it and use it, but idk, if we need to mod framework as well, since I am still a theming noob But maybe one of the themers here, can tell me, what is needed to get it working, if it's possible at all and if it's possible, if we need to mod framework or not

it depends if the lockscreen uses files from framework or if it is a standalone apk. Haven't played with ICS or JB ROMs yet since I'm waiting for a stable or for an official stock from LG.
Just thought I'd let you guys know that Google have released factory images of an updated 4.4 build (KRT16S). No idea yet as to what is different in this build but hopefully it fixes some bugs people may be facing or even have the GE launcher included this time.

Or is that now just with the updated image?

I doubt we'll ever see it considering the Nexus doesn't even have it. We are pretty locked down here so I'd expect we would get the mainstream roms first if anything.

Yes. There are some test applications from Qualcomm and LGE.
Not useful ROM anyway.
I think all of the Nexus 5 phones shipped with Keylimepie at least the launch ones did. The update that hits immediately after you set up your phone gets you to Kitkat though.
What applications from LGE and Qualcomm? Can you extract the APKs?

Infact it did.. The build was keylimepie, kitkat name was a secret even for developers at Google, only couple people at Google had known the agreement with kitkat brand (it was only a rename keylimepie -> kitkat)
But people still prefer to believe in conspirations and still think that the next build will be key lime pie 5.0

basically it's a mix between 4.4.3 and 4.5.
Google pushes core changes to master branch and hobby devs can use gerrit to merge changes into that branch.
The new features and UI changes are still closed source until google releases a new android update.
