drop it in /system/app/
its probably not signed so you cant just install it

you need root explorer or super manager to access it

[Q] Apps on Google play not showing up

Hi some games on play says that it is not compatible so i need to download it from somewhere else and they work just fine
Any solution on how to fix it?

Maybe its because of country restrictions.

It worked on stock rom and gingerxperia

What Do you mean?

Changed the DPI settings, or a ROM with other dpi settings. Some do that to see more on there screens.

If you say so, work on stock Rom & gingerexperia. Open stock rom/gingerexperia rom build prop Copy fingerprint line, replace current fingerprint line. save. see how it work.
p/s : it took time for google play change it.

So i need to download the whole gingerxperia rom just for that :banghead:

Insufficient memory available!!!!

I roughly have some 24 apps and no games.. I have 1.8gb still. When I try to install an app from market it says "Insufficient memory available". Wondering how this is possible in this massive phone!!!!! What could be the reason??
Am in rocketrom V3 with Franco kernel.

If you cannot install any apk from the Market you need to reinstall the rom clean.

Have you tried clearing Google Play data?

I had this problem before. If I remember correctly it was because I had installed the app from an .apk file and then tried to install from the market.

Please help stock gallery not there

I'm missing the stock gallery app from the list of installed apps but when I restart it shows as a downloaded app and does not have an icon anymore anyway of fixing it without having to reset the os or reflash if possible thanks

Are you rooted?
You could just put in the apk again. For the time being, download Quickpic

No I am not rooted and are on jb and the .apk and .odex are still in system/apps
I don't know how it happened if I could root I could fix it easily I believe.
It also says in the app details that it says uninstall updates and when I click on it it says "all updates to this Android system app will be uninstalled". When I click on OK it disappears from both downloaded and all apps until I restart my phone I don't know if that will help

You can take backups of almost anything non system related without root . I use Astro File Explorer for apk backups , it saves apk data too and is very easy to use .

Just turn off usb debugging and use root explorer to change the name of superuser to something else like su or sup and it should work.
