delete it from gaaps.zip
1. Make a Nandroid backup,
then install gapps
2. Note all added apps in the App Drawer,
3. Restore the backup while you remove the noted app apk's from the zip file on your PC
and then flash your own gapps.zip
Not the best way, but I can't look into a gapps zip at the moment, so this should do the trick

Try and see by yourself.
Generally the apps that you can remove and it wont affect your system are apps like Facebook(I know gdx don't have this,I'm just giving examples),file managers, games etc.
It depends on what you mean safe,if safe is when your phone boots but it is unstable you can remove many apps, almost everything....

Lot of people use Titanium Backup for this kind of actions, but I didnt like it.
I use RomCustomizer by ficeto, from playstore, it is free and great.
you have option Manage system/user apps, to backup and uninstall apps which you want. For me it works great!
I use titanium backup and freeze or uninstall...I love TB but I suppose that is a matter of opinion.

Uninstalling apps

Hi I'm using stock jb rom with philz kernel on my n7000. I also have rom toolbox installed.
What I have noticed is that I'm able to uninstall apps via rom toolbox but not via application manager. Is this so for rooted phones or do I have to change any settings.
I also have superuser with busybox
Thanks.
