[Q] [Stock] 2.3.3 Heimdall One-Click [xxJQ1] - Problems - Galaxy Tab Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

First of all, I love the work that Adam Outler has been doing for our Galaxy devices & implore everyone who has benefited from his work to contribute in any way possible. All that late night coffee - Those costs add up...
My Tab was originally a factory stock GT-P1000 2.2 Vodafone Australia.
Sick of waiting for Vodafail to release an update, I tried running Adam's most recent "One Click" [Stock] 2.3.3 Heimdall One-Click [xxJQ1] which failed on the first try so I followed his instructions from the above thread and selected the "Flash Boot loaders option and tried flashing the second time. It seemed to go OK but after completing the second flash, my Tab booted into recovery mode and failed when trying to "Update filesystems...", "Wiping cache..." and "Updating application..." (See enclosed JPG)
I'm now left with Tab that boots fine through the animation but hangs on the "Samsung" screen. I waited for 20 or so minutes the first time thinking that it was doing some rebuilding in the background but it just hangs there after every reboot...
I've tried flashing back to stock but I haven't had any success there either. In fact, I had the scary "brick" icon a few times before using Adam's "One Click Unbrick" to return the normal download mode. I've since returned to Adam's 2.3.3 but stuck at the "Samsung"screen still.
I've flashed my Galaxy S a few times so I'm not a complete noob but a step by step on how to restore my Tab with any working ROM would be much appreciated...
(I know there is a similar thread in the "Galaxy Tab Android Development" section but I'm not allowed to post there...)

[Q] SOLVED - First gt-19000m screen keeps rebooting - flashed back from JL2

So like everyone else having issues i'll explain mine if anyone cares. I flashed to JL2 yesterday, had it up and running no problem. Decided to go back to a more stable rom because my GPS wasn't stellar. upon flashing back to JK3 my flash went good, the phone rebooted and then got stuck at the busy icon (looks like a flower and usually goes in a circle) anyways, it shows that for a second then reboots.....does this forever. Pulled the battery and boots to the first screen for a second and reboots.
I can no longer get into recovery mode, BUT download mode works. I can flash anything I want, it passes using odin but still does the same. I've tried re-partition using different PIT files, different roms and still no luck. I'm almost at the point to take it back but honesly I dont think this is the SD card issue, I think it was just a bad flash. anyone able to get theirs back from this state??
again, no recovery, only download mode. keeps rebooting, I DO NOT see the S logo.
I've answered you in the UGJL2 thread, hopefully those instructions are clear and they help

You helped and brought my phone back from the dead, followed these instructions.
Flash the file you extracted from Chainfire's ROM in PDA, and have "Phone Bootloader Update" checked, and that's all you should have to do... (I'm using Odin 1.52, if that makes any difference...)
If that fixes it, then Samsung has done it, and if not, then they haven't fixed it

follow that thread if you want more detailed instructions, within the JL2 rom there is a SBL.bin file, when you tick the phone bootloader update it uses that bin and that's what brought my phone back from dead.

[Q] Please help! black screen after installing 2.3 gingerbread on my Galaxy TAB

Hi to all
I have a Galaxy Tab 1000N, follow the steps to install the 2.3, but to finish installing the dbdata.tar, the galaxy never restart.
The screen remains totally black, but if I can connect to the pc and using odin. Any suggestions?
Used odin v1.7 then do the same connect ur tab even it 's on a black screen this happen to me
hi
another problem
reinstall the firmware 2.2 P1000NUBJM2, the galaxy started, I can
use it, but pressing the power button to turn off the screen
restarts, each time when press the power button to black screen the galaxy restarts... ... any help?
You can fix this problem by flashing Humberos kernel from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=974408
However your boot loader may be locked/signed which will prevent you from installing the kernel, you can however patch your kernel by reading this post
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=888071
After that flash humberos kernel using ODIN
Well, i tried the above.. and i couldnt figure it out -_-
So i flashed the original firmware while the screen was still blank, and after it restarted the screen came on. But its now stuck at the Samsung Logo.
Files: gt-p1000_mr.pit
PDA: P1000NUBJM2
Phone: modem.bin (extracted from the above firmware)
Where do i go from this point, wish i knew
Found the solution here: nontent.blogspot.com/2011/05/samsung-galaxy-tab-blank-screen-after.html
hope it works for you too

[Q] Help ! My tab P1000 Hangs! ...or Reboots constantly.

So I've got a P1000, I just bought off ebay. It was working perfect but running 2.2 FroYo. I made a few phone calls and used the network to confirm it was all good and the downloaded a 2.3.5 Stock rom.
I put it in download mode, and reflashed the PDA / PIT using Odin 1.7. After that, it stopped booting. I downloaded a 2.3.4 rom, and had the same issue! The firmware installs, it reboots, gives the yellow text, reboots again, and the Samsung Logo.
So someone in a forum said try the ROTO JMEv4. I found a working version of that and the device is back at 2.2, BUT now it reboots constantly. Tried everything (restore factory, wipe cache) on that, but it just reboots ALL the time.
Heres what I'd LOVE:
Android 2.3.3 or higher, stock form. Rooted.
Phone call ability must be present. (So EuroROM?)
ANY help would be great. My sincere thanks in advance!
Nevermind! 4 roms later, I found a stock 2.3.3 that works....so far

Red error after flashing stock rom on GALAXY S I9000 + BOOTLOOP :( please help me

Hi all,
I have a samsung galaxy s i9000... I tried few custom rom then flashed my phone back to a stock rom on gingerbread. Then one day my phone started to bootloop on startup, i had to wait like 15 min to get it started. Now my phone just bootloop forever and doesn't start at all. So i decided to flash a stock rom again with pit files and repartition tickled.
Problem is, when odin restart the phone after flash done (PASS), i got a lot of errors msg exactly like in this video
watch?v=zdMhYYdMB08 on youtube (cannot post link atm forum rules)
And when i choose reboot in the system recovery (to try to start the phone), the phone bootloop forever.
I tried many guides on this forum, but can't fix the problem
I think the only way to fix it is to follow the instruction in the youtube vid but i don't have linux, so i don"'t understand what to do...
I hope someone can help me
Thank you

Galaxy GT-P5113 cant load rom

Hey everyone I am very green to roms and modding .I have a Samsung galaxy GT-P5113 it had 4.2.2 prior to my messing it up I was attempting to remove many of the stock apps from it and attempted to root it. In the process of do that I must have neglected to do a step. because now it boots only to the samsung logo with the blue glow and no further sometimes I get it to the point where I can enter my user information. but just before it reboots after I have entered the user info I get a message that "unfortunately the set up wizard has stopped working . then it goes back to booting only to the samsung glowing logo.
I have tried to down load other roms to try to see if tey may work but no luck I used odin 1.85, 3.07 but no joy tried;CF-Auto-Root-espresso10wifi-espresso10wifibby-gtp5113.tar no luck;Slim-p5110-4.4.2.build.3-OFFICIAL-3079.tar no joy;checked the tar file with MD5 summer and found error in every .tar i downloaded. I even went into recovery mode trying to install a rom from the sd card but got the error E:sdcard failed to mount. I am at my wits end can anyone shed some light on what I can do, or what files I need to fix it a step by step guide would be helpful as all those I followed didn't help.you can email me any help to my email:[email protected] I am very desperate about now its been three days working on this.:conf used:
