[Q] What can i do with a Samsung Galaxy U (shw-M130L)

Hi I bought this off of a S. Korean friend, I was just wondering what can be done with it? Like firmware flashing/rooting etc.
Does it behave like a galaxy S so i can run mods/themes etc?

yea, it's possible to root, I rooted my Galaxy U by using Odin and flashing this tegrak-kernel-build..
I don't quite remember the detail when I did it last year.. But the important thing is:
-> Tick the PDA option, select the tar file, and you are ready to START

Hi guys! I have also SHW-M130L but internet not work. How can setup internet on this device? My carrier PerfectumMobile (uzbekistan) and works on 800Mhz 1X network. On my number data enabled.

CM7/9 is not compatible with Kies, since its an AOSP ROM. You need the Nexus S drivers for your Mac to recognize the phone.

[Q] wifi problems in all stock roms of 2.3.6?

i installed almost 4 different versions of stockrom from different countries!
bt i find problem with wifi in all these??
is there any way to solve this problem ?? that is other thn installing custom roms or downgrading to 2.3.4 in which it works simply fine!!

Chnge lease time of your router from forever to anythingelse...
Or
Go to wifi settings in phone and use static ip adrees

i dont hav eproblems with connecting...the probem is frequent disconnection after connecting
