Is there anyone working on a root method for the v6 update?
My understanding is that fast boot doesn't work with froyo on this phone, and it's needed for rooting v6. also, that fastboot should work with gingerbread, and that root is expected to shortly follow any gingerbread release. (And also allow TheCubed to finish his CM7 port more easily.)

No Honeycomb for SGT7 I'm afraid...
There was an unnoficial port being worked on but development has been stopped since ICS came out.
There's an ICS (CM9) build on the development forums, that isn't recommended for people that are new to the whole flashing scene since it is still in development and has a few bugs (camera doesn't work for example). This is your best bet for tablet UI on SGT7. There's also icedBoca by Dizgustipated which is his own version of CM9, also has bugs and still in development. Do NOT flash these ROMS if you don't know what you're doing and if you will be annoyed by a few bugs.

I would strongly recommend going for an ICS build when they're ready though, but just not yet. Development will obviously be an ongoing thing for the ICS builds but it does look like HC development has stopped.
I started this thread so people can show their ics layout. Apps wallpapers etc.
Since many people are on ics . It will be a useful thread.

There aren't rom for games. There are only Razodroid,CM7.2 (a lot of bugs),Retribution Beta 2 and a stock rom deodex with ICS theme
Sorry but i think you should read and search the forum before posting new threads. For a start this section is only for development to ask a question like this it should be in the general section of the S5830 section with the prefix [S5830i] and even then you should READ, SEARCH AND READ SOME MORE! before posting there are only 2 roms for this device currently avalible and both are only in beta testing so gameplay is not of top priority at the moment

I would like to request for a stock build of KitKat. I myself have no knowledge of porting, building, or coding Roms. As many of you know, the Nook HD+ is not the speediest device out there. I think AOSP would help speed it up a little bit, as well as add more space for apps, media, etc.
So, can we get some stock Android love? Currently using CM11 Nightlies. ?
