I tried your link, but it does it work, so i installed the "Steel Droid" rom with the arabic files and it work perfectly.

yes, it is working but only after i configured "stc" APN manually.
I have found a way to write in Arabic by HW keyboard.
I took a file from the Motorola Milestone and placed in the Droid 3, and became a place of letters as follows :

I will explain later.
How to change keybad in HW keyboard from the English to Arabic :
1- Download omap-keypad.kcm.bin and extract in your Sdcard
( Check The Attachments ).
2- By Root Explorer ( Root required ) copy omap-keypad.kcm.bin and go to
System - Usr - keychars
3- Paste and replace - change Permissions to rw-r--r--.
4- reboot.
Use any keyboard to write arabic.
- If you want to write English by Hw keyboard you should by install TSwipe-Pro and Tswipe milestone ( in the Market ).
1- Open TSwipe-Pro settings.
2- choose Hardware Keyboard .
3- choose Layout - Select - milestone .
Note: Now if you want to write arabic by Hw keybaord choose the default keyboard or any keyboard support Arabic, and if you want to write English just choose TSwipe.

In the field of language, as I see the images Mdj shared, I can say that this rom should be a rooted rom, because it does not support arabic full and correct, because it shows the characters but disconnected and not connected, so it means who manupulated this rom, added the arabic fonts to it but could not do anything about the lib files and framework file that related to the language and needed to be change for supporting arabic well, and I still can not find anyway for Legend to do that...

This is ship rom, no arabic or hebrew keyboard, there is an arabic font and it can show the arabic word but not correct arabic.

wipe cache partition .
Wipr Dalvik cache .

Yes, still this problem, but not a lot of problems.

you need to add the values of locale to each file of the rom like framework-res.apk,settings.apk and... its a long process and includes compile and decompile of apk files

Odex version added to the first post. do a backup first I have not tested the odex version

ODEX patch
I tried the ODEX patch and it is not working. The keyboard disappears. Also, I tried the deodexed patch on Overcome and I am getting a license error on SWIPE.

Posting standalone Swype binaries is against the forum rules. Please remove these downloads to prevent Swype Inc taking legal action against XDA-Developers.

I Did not know if this was violating the copy rights ,the link has been removed by moderator, how ever I will try to make the patch for samsung keyboard only. and add the links soon

This is a complete port of the galaxy s3 personal assistant app (powered by vlingo)
This full port includes not only the modified app to stop network errors but also the tts (text to speech voice) and the vlingo voice recognition and it is packed in a flashable zip for easy installation.
What is S Voice?
S Voice is samsung's personal assistant app, or as many see it its response to apple's siri. Below is a video I found on youtube of s voice in action.

Requirements:
Prior Install
-S Voice was developed for the gs3 which comes preloded with android 4.0 so ICS is mandatory
-A recovery to flash the zip (unless you want to "push" the files from the zip manually.
After install
-Go to settings/language and input and select the following:
-voice recognizer to samsung powered by vlingo
-text-to-speech output to samsung tts

-Vlingo... the service
-Samsung... the UI, maybe more?
-darkmantra... extracted all the files and made the original zip
-wanam... fixed the network error? Correct me if Im wrong
-inspiredbyhtc(me)... Merged the work together and made the zip compatible with the DHD

I'm not so sure but if I remember well virtous affinity is android 2.3.5 if I'm right then again you don't read ... Android 4 ICS is A MUST .. mandatory !!!

This is the translation you required:
It 's optimized for HD displays, but you can also install it on S2 or other device.
On the Samsung devices you need to use Explorer or other similar app with root privileges to replace the .apk instead to use the vocal app of the system. This is because Samsung devices just have the voice app so it must be replaced to make it works.
For non Touch Wiz devices you can just install the .apk and it should work quite well.
The Italians servers are not officially open yet, so the they couldn't work fine for a while.

After numerous reports of force close issues , i made some research and found a new zip file install package.
I found no error in it !!
S voice on CM9 will cause problem ,as it is a non-sammy rom

It works
Worked for me following the steps at the first post, rooted with LP7 and root.zip method
It is working now after I have tried to restart, delete it and repeat the steps again.

guys ive faced the 'stoped' problem and here's what i did to fix it....
1. Delete it if its still installed and restart your phone.
2. Copy it to 'system/app' and change permissions to rw-r-r
3. Now go back to the location of svoice installer 'svoice-signed.apk' and install it over the existing one.
4. Done. no more stops problem.
Does is still work when i remove the root when i installed s voice apk??

i think remove the old app better... then i got 1 question.. can anyone make hi galaxy happen?? cause this app kinda not fully support yet...
