There is a sticky post in this very forum that should have the information you are looking for. You should also check the Development section of this forum and read the sticky posts that are there, too.
This forum is for helping users and you will find alot of information but you need to search first.

Well, how can I say that without being too rude....
Firstly, you're in the wrong section, there's a Galaxy S Q&A (for Questions and Answers) section...
Secondly, there is a search fuction on this forum, which is nice because you can see the questions already asked, and answered, and not "polluting" the forum with "always-same-and-same-questions"...
And finally, here is an instructive link for you, I think you must check it before doing anything : How to begin !

there are many threads here in Xda where users have written guides and tutorials to help new members. My advice would be to search and read everything concerning Flashing Roms because this will help you in understanding how NOT to brick your phone. If you don't understand, ask questions on the relevant thread so that members can help you.

very wrong forum in fact, the general rule is "if you didn't create it, it does not belong to development",
use the warning sign icon in top right-corner of your original post to report and ask the mods to move the thread to q&a forum
Try rocket rom, is sooooooo original. It's the only 4.03
