So i thought i would post this because i'm getting some different explanations depending on who i talk to so i rather get real world results. Let me know when you ordered the white one if you did and what the status of it so far. We have one guy on the forum that posted that he ordered it early on sunday and did in fact recieve confirmation that he did get it shipped.
I ordered it at 1pm CST and have it backordered and it is still that way today. I've called them and they said they have 2459 (exact number lol) coming but when i call another department they say they dont' know.
Let me know and hopefully we hear soon cause i reallllly want this.

Mine was ordered yesterday around 3pm est. It currently shows in processing but doesn't say backordered anywhere on the page. I'll probably wait until later tomorrow before I call and ask them what the status is.

I get an error saying that orders made within the last 24 hours may not be available. The link I have is for a business premier account so it may not show up on the regular site. Not really sure what's up. Either way I'm happy. I upgraded to my Inspire in Feb and was able to upgrade again now, so I can't complain. Even if I have to wait a few extra days to get it.

I am in the same situation, ordered yesterday at about 3:00 central and in the status on website is "processing'. Called HTC, They were useless.
I iwll post here when status changes.

mine was a premier order as well but you should still be able to check it. Let us know if it changes any time soon. I will be posting back later tonight with hopefully good news.
Yep, I'm back-ordered now. Trying to see if I can change it to the black one. I didn't really care either way which one I got, just picked the white one to try something different. Not sure if my company will be able to change it though.
I had ordered about a white one about an hour after the release on the premier site. I got the backorder status yesterday morning. I wanted white but being that i put a case on all my phones I cancelled the order and got the black one. If you cancel and make another order right away it will cancel the new order also as they have a 72 hour period for the first cancel to process. I had to call customer service and get it straight. My black one will be delivered tomorrow.

I ordered 2 online. One says processing(Even as of this post) and they flat out canceled the other one. After another member posted that the corp stores were doing the $99 i just went to the store and got them. I think they are back-ordered too.

Just called the local AT&T Service Center and they said the stores in the Chicagoland area will not carry the white. It is a web only offering according to the person I talked to.
I posted this in the other White Vivid thread but I figured I would update here as well.
My white Vivid went from back-ordered to shipped last night. It is actually in Atlanta now but won't be delivered until tomorrow. Maybe all the back-orders will start going through now.

Got mine today
Thanks for the info! I never got an email about my white one shipping, but I just tracked it via the regular AT&T order status website, Premier one still shows it as processing, but sure enough it also shipped out & is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

I never got a shipped email either, and even after FedEx picked it up, it took 24 hours for the status to change from processing to shipped. But mine still showed up on time on Wednesday.

So, I logged into my account to check on the HD7 pricing and it's there now. It shows 499 with a 50 dollar discount, bringing it to 449. I almost pulled the trigger, but I wanted to call and see if they could do something on the price. So, I did. And apparently, they don't have the listing in their system yet!?? Although, she did say she'd try and help out on reducing the price and would call me on Monday (the release day) to get it sorted out. My concern is on release day, I'm sure it's going to back ordered. Anyone else have any experiences to share?

Maybe I should've just done it today then. I checked all day yesterday (so I thought) and didn't see it on there until around 0650 cst this morning. Now it's not on the site period. Maybe a few calls like mine and they realized they messed up. But, definitely let us know if they get it to you by the 4th. Or at least if I was you, I would call and complain if it didn't get there, no matter if they made a mistake or not.
I just logged into my T-Mobile account and looked up for HD7 upgrade. I am getting a price of $499. I am on Even more plus plan. So thats fair.
As far as the estimated shipping date is concerned, its showing up as 11/9. So I did not move any forward. I might as well pick it up on the 8th in the stores.

I came to the same conclusion.. I'd like to pick up the phone at the store.. and play with it a bit.. I'm still torn between this phone and the venue pro..
Yeah, I just logged in again and almost pulled the trigger. But, maybe you guys are right and I should wait until I get a chance to mess with it at the store. I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy it anyways and just keep my HD2 just in case I end up not liking it. Worst case scenario is you buy it, unlock it and sell it overseas for a profit anyways.

Nope, it shows just fine. Although, the phone isn't listed now. It did the same thing yesterday. It's there all day and then at night, it's gone. I'm still trying to hold out on just dropping the 450..500 after tax on it and see what Tmobile will try to shave off it for me at launch. But, trust me, I've just about put my card info in twice. And had it showed it be delivered before the 8th, or even on the 8th. I would've probably done it.
So I own my phone, no contract and I use TMO US service. If i go to the web site and sign in it wont let me buy the phone!...I mean how stupid is that..because I dont have a contract and I own my phone?...Every time I try to buy it it say Im not eligible for an upgrade even though Im not asking for an upgrade. Very frustrating, and bad business.

Oddly enough, now it hasn't been up on the site all day. Here's something else to look for. If you just do a search for "hd 7" on the Tmobile site. The Samsung Galaxy Tab comes up with the HD7. It shows the button for upgrade, but you can't buy either one right now. But, it's an indication of it coming.

Sounds about like them. And come to see, they make many revealing mistakes. Like now if you search for the HD7 on the Tmobile website. It will pull that and a listing for the Samsung Galaxy Tab (no price though). You can hit upgrade, but unfortunately it won't take you to the order page like the HD7 did. Well, at least you'll actually get it on the 8th instead of it being shipped on the 8th.

Yeah, that is definitely terrible on their part. Who cares if you're on contract or not. It's a NO contract price that you're paying. I would definitely complain when you order it on Monday and at least get them to take off 50 bucks or something for the inconvenience. I mean you do pay for service every month just like everyone else.
I was able to get the order on 11/01 also. I talked to tmobile and they said that it was a glitch in the system. they said if you receive the wrong phone you can send it back. My card was charged $379 I even got a text message stating that it was being processed. so hopefully I get the phone on the 8th

went to go see the status of my order and it now says we are unable to retrieve the status of your order. Hope the phone is still being processed and hope my card is not charged if they removed my order. anyone else have this problem if you ordered it on 11/01?

I pre ordered on 9/30. My shipping label was just created on 10/11/14 and still seems to be sitting in a T-Mobile warehouse someplace because it has yet to be picked up by UPS. This is the first time I've pre ordered a phone from T-Mobile and it will be the last. I always show up at a T-Mobile store on launch day and walk out with a phone by 9:30 AM. As a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years you would think my shipping would be upgraded to 1 day air like a lot of others have. But according to my still up shipped tracking label, it's going UPS Ground.
Rather messed up that T-Mobile wouldn''t honor a first come, first served model. I could in all likely hood pre-order right now and have a device delivered before someone who ordered the day it started.

Did you get tracking yet? I ordered white one Friday as well and they told me it would come in Monday if I did overnight. However, today they said it still hasn't been shipped yet and are not sure when it will now. Shipping was obviously refunded.

There was a loose ear piece grill on mine and Tmo had to order me a new black one today. They charged my card for a new phone with EIP just like the first one and they are shipping it to me overnight for Wed delivery. It's technically a new purchase and the 1st one will be a return.

How they get it free? how much was one day air? Cause I preordered mine in stores on 10/10 and come to think about it they never ask what shipping rate I wanted... like when I ask questions about the phone like a week earlier over the phone but anyways if I can get back the shipping that be cool.. but I think they just gave me the standard shipping $6.99... but if I could gotten free shipping...

I ordered mine 29th. S6Edge 128Gb. UPS shipping confirmed delivery on 4/3
I ordered the S6 Black 128GB, its back ordered. Tmobile screwed up the JUMP upgrade on Saturday which was showing backordered even then, Monday I went in to check and it was not JUMPed and they made me cancel the order and basically go to the back of the line. Backordered of course as expected at this point.

The site asks for your IME and Mac WiFi address that is in your settings:about phone. Plug in the numbers. You get a code and you go to Netflix web site and plug in the coupon code. If you already belong to Netflix they will give you credit to your account. Simple. No E-Mails to deal with.
I believe this is offered till April 14th according to TMobile customer svc rep that gave me direct Samsung web site info. That site links to Netflix web site.
Go to tmobile website and put gear vr in search box and click on gear vr option and order it for 99.99. They did not even advertise that it was available for order. I just ordered mine. I'm thinking first come first serve hopefully, it's sold out everywhere else and tmobile told everyone that they wasn't taking orders till November 27 so order asap.

Thanks for your response, actually last night seemed all my UPS Status went from nothing (literally UPS site said the tracking number wasent in their system) to being on truck ready for shipment today. I cant stop looking for the truck! LOL

Did you pick regular shipping, or did you pay for next day shipping? I picked the free 2-4 day shipping.

I picked next day overnight because the lady offered it for free, so why not? LOL.
Then, the next day (sat) I made a follow up, and for the inconvenience, they gave me a $30. credit!
On top of that, I complained to Best Buy last week because when I went to the store to get more information on the unit, none of the Samsung reps knew anything about it, or would make any effort to look into it in the computer. 3 different reps gave me 3 different "possible" dates.... I say "Possible" because they didn't want to bother looking at the computer. All I wanted to do was place an order in store if possible because I prefer to have my CC scanned in person and not have the number sent off to cyberspace.... all they had to do was take my money and they didn't want to, so I said screw it and called corporate and complained (took 5 minutes) and they sent me a $25. gift card LOL. So, essentially this thing will cost me about $45. in the end.
Mine is still being processed as well, now it's back available for ordering when it said out of stock last night...this tells me there system is screwing up so we may not have anything shipping anytime soon ...chatting now with tmobile specialist...will fill u guys in

Thanks for doing some leg work and looking in to this. I keep hoping for an email with a tracking number, but still nothing.
I did online chat with T-Mobile earlier today, and they assured me I should have it in 24-48 hours, but I am still feeling skeptical. When I look at T-Mobile's website it is still showing as out of stock for me.

Nope...still no shipping notification. The online chat people are useless too. They just keep telling me I should receive it by the end of the week (i.e 2-4 business days)...but since I ordered it on Saturday, you would think it would have shipped yesterday. That leads me to believe T-Mobile F'd this one up.
Wish I did one day shipping now...maybe it would have helped...but Samsung USA online store said they will be shipping back orders on 30th...I have one with them too...so if both come I will sell one for double on eBay

Just got off the phone with T-Mobile. They sadly just confirmed that it is backordered with no anticipated ship date. What a crock.
The girl said they can get shipments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but that really doesn't help at all.

So I pre-ordered the N7 black onyx on August 4th. On the 14th I get an email saying my order has been processed and another email saying it's been shipped with a tracking number. The tracking number still shows that it hasn't been picked up, just the label created. I've called T-mobile 3 times, the first 2 people said that it would ship out soon. The 3rd, most recent person I spoke with said that a specialist would look into it and they would contact me. It's been 3 days and nobody has contacted me. Not sure what to do other than cancel the order, but I will lose out on the pre-order bonus. I just want my new phone
It's not lost.
I never got a tracking number and according to the website, the order is still being processed. Phone was preordered on the 3rd, and delivered on the 18th. Just saying, their site is just disinformation and their reps will only tell you what you can already see by logging in. I'd say if your card gets billed, you'll get the phone within a week.

I went to my local store looking for a black note, none in stock. Ended up having the sales-woman place the order for one (this was last Saturday) hoping it would ship out Monday and be to me by wed....Monday no change in status, Tuesday no change. While driving back from SF that Tuesday called Bay Street T-Mobile store that had Onyx in stock....Drove to store called customer care who cancelled my order then I picked up the unit in-store. Sweet !!
Thursday I walk out of my front door and big T-Mobile package sitting there. Sure enough both phones show on my account....Now I have to deal with returning this 2nd unit....
My point....how do you not have your phone yet? .....it's raining phones in my world..

Not sure what to do other than cancel the order, but I will lose out on the pre-order bonus. I just want my new phone

I called in yesterday and finally spoke with someone who knew what they were doing. They admitted that the order has probably been lost and they started a new order which just shipped out today. If they don't find the first phone, they said that they would honor the pre-order bonus. They also gave me a credit of the Netflix value to my account for all the trouble.
I get it, mistakes happen and I'm not mad for that reason. It was just really frustrating trying to get any help. I felt like I was getting generic responses and nobody was actually looking into it.
