Anybody received theirs?
Here's my story:
Order placed 9/30.
Tracking number issued 10/6 (OK, fair enough; they claim within 6 business days). UPS shows "A UPS shipping label has been created . . . ". That means the shipper has done the UPS paperwork, but not yet actually shipped the item.
Today is 10/12, still shows the same. I chatted with support rep yesterday, she said she had no information and I should e-mail "[email protected]" so they could "check with the warehouse".
E-mail sent yesterday, received automated acknowledgement, but have heard NOTHING since then. When I call, I get an automated message that they will be closed on Thursday and Friday, and reopen on Monday.
Sooo, has anyone else ordered from them and actually received their Nook?

Yes. Got mine today. As did a friend who ordered the same deal.
For some reason, it shipped UPS to my town, then was handed over to the USPS for delivery. That's a new one on me.

I picked one up from Overstock. It looked brand new. No problems or dead pixels. This is the way to get a Nook Color. My only concern is if you have some issue you have to mail it in instead of just returning it to a local store.

I also ordered it Sept. 30th from dailysteals.
It arrived Oct. 12th.
Screen was perfect, everything worked as expected.
Apart from taking crazy long to ship, I'm happy so far.

Okay, it looks like they lost mine
I'll just have to wait until they reopen on Monday. At this point, though, they have to rank as one of the *worst* sites I have ever dealt with in terms of responsiveness (I know, I know; "you get what you paid for").

Yeah. Shipping is pretty horrendous. I'm STILL waiting as UPS sent it to USPS without scanning it, so it's a ghost in the system. It sat in a warehouse for around 3 days. Hope you guys are enjoying your devices. I'll probably have UPS pay for mine since they lost it. There goes my deal.

Like others here, it seemingly took forever for them to hand the package off to UPS, who shipped it 99% of the way and then handed it off to the USPS for final delivery. Mail was unusually late today, it didn't come until around 5pm, but they did have my order. All told, it took 2 weeks from ordering to final delivery. Granted, the shipping was free, but it was the slowest shipping I have ever had the displeasure to use.

I can tell you, it will be the last thing of value that I will purchase from them. Good deal, horrendous shipping and less than average customer service.

[Q] White Vivid - Backordered status?

Hey guys,
So i thought i would post this because i'm getting some different explanations depending on who i talk to so i rather get real world results. Let me know when you ordered the white one if you did and what the status of it so far. We have one guy on the forum that posted that he ordered it early on sunday and did in fact recieve confirmation that he did get it shipped.
I ordered it at 1pm CST and have it backordered and it is still that way today. I've called them and they said they have 2459 (exact number lol) coming but when i call another department they say they dont' know.
Let me know and hopefully we hear soon cause i reallllly want this.

Mine was ordered yesterday around 3pm est. It currently shows in processing but doesn't say backordered anywhere on the page. I'll probably wait until later tomorrow before I call and ask them what the status is.

I get an error saying that orders made within the last 24 hours may not be available. The link I have is for a business premier account so it may not show up on the regular site. Not really sure what's up. Either way I'm happy. I upgraded to my Inspire in Feb and was able to upgrade again now, so I can't complain. Even if I have to wait a few extra days to get it.

I am in the same situation, ordered yesterday at about 3:00 central and in the status on website is "processing'. Called HTC, They were useless.
I iwll post here when status changes.

mine was a premier order as well but you should still be able to check it. Let us know if it changes any time soon. I will be posting back later tonight with hopefully good news.

Yep, I'm back-ordered now. Trying to see if I can change it to the black one. I didn't really care either way which one I got, just picked the white one to try something different. Not sure if my company will be able to change it though.

I had ordered about a white one about an hour after the release on the premier site. I got the backorder status yesterday morning. I wanted white but being that i put a case on all my phones I cancelled the order and got the black one. If you cancel and make another order right away it will cancel the new order also as they have a 72 hour period for the first cancel to process. I had to call customer service and get it straight. My black one will be delivered tomorrow.

I ordered 2 online. One says processing(Even as of this post) and they flat out canceled the other one. After another member posted that the corp stores were doing the $99 i just went to the store and got them. I think they are back-ordered too.

Just called the local AT&T Service Center and they said the stores in the Chicagoland area will not carry the white. It is a web only offering according to the person I talked to.

I posted this in the other White Vivid thread but I figured I would update here as well.
My white Vivid went from back-ordered to shipped last night. It is actually in Atlanta now but won't be delivered until tomorrow. Maybe all the back-orders will start going through now.

Got mine today

Thanks for the info! I never got an email about my white one shipping, but I just tracked it via the regular AT&T order status website, Premier one still shows it as processing, but sure enough it also shipped out & is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

I never got a shipped email either, and even after FedEx picked it up, it took 24 hours for the status to change from processing to shipped. But mine still showed up on time on Wednesday.

For those that ordered the Dev Edtion.. How long did it take to get it?

Last week, I ordered Tuesday (11/5) night around 9:30pm. Phone was picked up by FedEx on Wednesday (11/6) afternoon, arrived at my house on Friday (11/8).
If it matters, mine is the Verizon Developer Edition.
EDIT: The web site did have a note saying like due to high demand, it may take 7 days to process. But obviously it didn't.

When i ordered demand was "high" and they said it would ship within 7 days.
Once it shipped it took 3 days from Texas to Maryland. VZW also.

3 days, ordered on a Saturday morning.

I ordered on Friday 11/8. It was released to shipping on Monday. But it still hasn't shipped. Chat seesion rep said 6 day commitment and i should expect it on or before the 14th. Supposedly they ship Fedex overnight

Ordered mine on the 10th. Still sitting in not shipped state.

That's odd. I ordered on the 8th. It shipped on the 11th and will be here tomorrow 13th. They do 2 day shipping. The first one I ordered was shipped the same day but I returned it for the discount.

I was never able to see my status. I got an email with a tracking number around 10 hours after it was picked up

I ordered 11/6, received it 11/11. On the motorola site, under order history it still has a status of "Not Shipped"

Mine status updated on the website when it shipped and I was mailed the tracking number. Same thing happened for both my orders.

Mine will be here today. Can finally retire the s4 and its cartoon touchwiz interface.

I placed my order on 11 Nov (sunday) and received it on 15 Nov (friday).
I received a "your order had shipped" email late Weds evening.

I was a little disappointed w/ the quality of shipping. The phone arrived safe and sound, but the Moto X box was stuffed inside a much larger box with no form of padding or cushioning at all.
I know it's all solid state, but I still didn't like hearing the moto x box sliding around. Not something you want to hear when opening $600 worth of electronics.

I ordered mine yesterday morning Monday and recrieved shipping notification the same day. Says it will be deliverd Wednesday with two day shipping.

I ordered mine on a Wednesday evening and received it the following Monday. I believe they have plenty on the shelf, at least VZW anyway, as mine came with 4.2.2 on it. To me that would indicate that it was built awhile ago.

I want to buy the GSM version.

Buying an N6 from AT&T Corporate store. Shippment times, is this true?

So my AT&T store got their N6's in-stock but as everyone knows they were recalled. They have no ETA on when they will have more in-stock BUT told me they can still order one for me threw something called the fulfillment center? They said it would take 3~5 days for it to ship.
Is this true?
If they can have them shipped in 3 to 5 days, why do they have no ETA on getting them? I'm reluctant to order one and then have the wait turn into weeks or even a couple months.
I'm almost thinking about getting an S5 tonight at Best Buy for the Black Friday $1.00 dollars deal. I REALLY want the N6 but my S3 is broken and I'm without a phone right now. It broke a just under two weeks before the N6 was due out so I didn't file a claim for insurance, just held out for the N6 and that damn recall crap happened.
I keep seeing people say they are just going to go get one from Best Buy but when I call any Best buy in my state they tell me they never got N6's and their system shows they never not N6's yet people keep saying here on XDA well I'm just going to go get one from BB etc.

First, the stores have been getting their replacement N6's for the past 2 days. Some stores got them in Tuesday, the ones near where I live got them Wed. Chances are high that, if your local stores don't have them already, they'll get them Friday.
As for "direct fulfillment" taking 3-5 days, it's kind of a random thing. I ordered one around noon on Tuesday with overnight delivery, and it showed up at my door Wed morning. (However, the AT&T website and the call centers all insisted it wouldn't ship until sometime in December.) I've read of some people taking a day or two before they ship out, and then another 2 days for actual delivery. It also depends on if AT&T has physical stock. (Also, if you order on black Friday, it's possible that no one will ship it until the following week - due to the holiday.)
If you want the nexus 6, I'd call your local corporate stores (more than one) Friday around 1pm to see if they got their daily shipment yet and if any nexus 6's came in.

Interesting that the AT&T store did not have any clue when they might receive a re-stock. I also checked another one that is in my local mall, I do not know if it's a corporate store but they said a few weeks.
I do know that no Best Buys in my state show any N6's have ever come in, one of the guys checked the computer for me.
I will go try the AT&T store tomorrow. I would rather SEE the phone I'm actually getting and not wait for it to just show up on my door step!
Thanks for the update. Side note this delay has allowed for my Digitronics TPU Gen 2 N6 case to be here when I do get my phone. Suppose to be delivered tomorrow!

No sign of the N6 in at&t stores or best buy in CA. I've checked every day this week. I will check again today.

I ordered mine before Thanksgiving from AT&T website and it arrived yesterday, haven't had any trouble with mine.

yeah I was able to pick up a Nexus 6 from ATT store yesterday here in Michigan, actually Angola, IN across board from me and I think My local ATT store has couple too and we are actually kind out away from any major city and they had them in stock and I was really surprise they did.

I should have updated the thread. I ended up finding one at one of the Corporate stores here in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
They got them in on Friday.

The At&t store here in Salem, Oregon has them, I just got mine today. The website wouldn't tell me a shipping date so I popped in on the off chance they had them in since the recall. The rep told me they just came in yesterday and were in the back still, then went and got me one. Seems they only have the midnight blue though.

I finally found the phone after calling around to other at&t stores in nearby towns. Lesson learned; even though one employee from one store says noone has it, keep checking. They don't know and they dont care. They had three of them in stock and not a whole lot of accessories. As i was buying it, a lady asked me what phone it was and picked one up clueless. The employees barely know what they're selling if it's not a Samsung or iphone. The emoloyees had no idea they were the only stire with the phone in stock. So, the stores don't talk to one another and these were corporate stores, noy authorized retailers.

Mines still show 4/25 to 4/27 as the ship date. When I put in the order, it said it'll ship 2-4 days after being processed. So when I got the text saying it's been "processed*, but it'll take until the end of the month to ship. I gave AT&T a call about it and got them to waive my upgrade fee. Lol I'm still hoping it ships out soon.

Yay Just got my phone from the Ups guy, phone showed in excellent condition, no scratches no faults that I can notice. home button was a bit stiff but seems to have worked its self out. now have it in nice Crystal clear case and it looks awesome with the Avengers theme, for the gold one the Iron man goes real well. although the earbuds that came with it were crap didn't work..... and yes checked with other headphones to make sure it wasn't the phone.

Received mine today! Ordered 4/10, received 4/15. Screen looks flawless. This color is amazing.

Indeed the platinum/gold Color is quite amazing, its quite a beauty wonder how my coworkers gonna respond when they see me with it.

i show it to this guy at work, he said "wow. that' fancy". haha
and to this girl, she said "is that iphone 6 ?". WTF, not everything with a touchscreen is a iphone !

got to show it off at work today. Alot said wow fancy or something similer, Couple of the i6 users were flabbergasted by the camera performance and screen, may have converted one.

Are you serious? I ordered mines last week. I got an email after the order was processed and said it's going to ship out at the end of the month!
