[Q] HELP! Boot loop and Mythtools freezing when flashing stock firmware

Okay, I have an Atrix HD that I have rooted and unlocked the bootloader and I have been running the SlimKat ROM with little to no problems and Philz Touch recovery for about a week until yesterday when my phone reset itself and started to boot loop. They only other thing I had flashed was a new logo to get rid of that stupid unlocked bootloader warning. I am fairly savvy when it comes to rooting and flashing roms because I have done this for years with various Samsung devices but the Motorola is a little new to me with having Fastboot.
Let me tell you what I have tried...
I first did a factory data reset in Philz and that did nothing.... then I tried to recover it back to my stock rom that I was running before using a nandroid backup that I had made with Philz Touch and same thing happened, it just sticks in boot loop. I then try to flash the PAC rom after I do a factory data reset and all the wipes I need to flash a new rom in Philz Touch to see if I can get a different rom to load and nothing happens but boot loop again.
Next I go to the forums to find answers and I start to set up my ADB on my computer... After I get ADB setup I first do fastboot -w to do a factory data reset through fastboot, download the stock Mexican rom and tried to flash all the components individually with ADB in fastboot the way skeevydude mentioned in one of his threads (sorry I can't remember which one) and I got a failed error "FAILED (remote failure)" when I tried to flash the system.img.
I then went to Mythtools v1.3 because I thought that I was doing something wrong with the ADB and fastboot... I put the stock Mexico retail rom into the firmware folder in Mythtools and tried to flash the stock firmware through Mythtools. Mythtoold froze when it rebooted the fastboot at 50 of 100%
Now I am at a loss, I have done everything that I know to try to fix this and I have searched everywhere for help and I need help. This is they only phone that I have because I just switched over to to a new carrier and just purchased this phone.
Any help would be appreciated!
UPDATE
I went into Philz Touch and formatted the /system so I could try and flash it again and now the phone boots straight to fastboot and Philz touch if I hold volume+ and power. I am going to download the stock mex retail rom and try and flash it through Philz touch.
UPDATE
I got an Error mounting /data when I tried to format the /data and when I tried to intall the Mexico retail rom I got a "set_perm: some changes failed E:Error in /storage/sdcard1/Atrix HD Mexico Retail 4.1.2.zip (Status 7) Installation aborted."
UPDATE
I formatted /data and /data media in Philz Touch and then it started mounting /data so I wiped and install PAC rom and it booted up just fine.

Trying to get back to stock rom

Hello,
Tried rooting my phone with no prior experience. Worked, but eventually I got to where the phone wouldn't boot past splash screen (logo came up, then screen went black while backlight is on and didn't respond to stimuli until battery was removed). Possibly resulted from a build.prop file problem. Did get into boot though, so I fixed that problem by installing a cyanogen rom from a zip file using twrp recovery. I didn't want a custom mod though since I'm used to the look and feel of the 4.0.3 ICS I had, and the cyanogen doesn't seem to have google play so I can't even download anything (original purpose of rooting was to get incompatible apps by spoofing via build.prop file). Currently trying to get back to stock. Unfortunately I didn't make a nandroid backup of the system before the problem occurred, hence I have no backup to flash.
What I tried:
1. Use the official HTC 4.0.3 RUU .exe to upload to the phone. Unfortunately HTC Sync doesn't see this phone, even though I have the correct drivers installed.
2. Attempted to use twrp recovery to install the rom.zip extracted from the RUU directly, the same way I successfully installed the cyanogenmod rom. Failed, claiming it's unable to open zip. The .zip file was checked for integrity and returned by an archiver app.
3. Tried to use these commands from the cmd with phone connected to install the .zip from fastboot:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot oem rebootRuu
fastboot flash zip rom.zip (rom.zip being the functional file of the stock rom)
Failed, saying it's not allowed. Tried it with both locked and unlocked bootloader, no difference.
4. Unzipped the file and tried to flash the system.img file directly, but that failed with a "data length is too large" error.
5. My recovery being twrp 2.1.1, tried looking for altenatives. Can't find any links to download the WCX recovery, but I found several for newer twrp versions, including 2.3.1.0 and 2.6.3.0 which I tried downloading flashing. After flashing the phone got stuck at the cyanogenmod loading logo and wouldn't boot further, and the recovery itself didn't work, just showed the HTC splash, turned black, then booted again normally, getting stuck at the cyanogen logo. Same thing for the 2.6.3.0 version, so I reflashed the original 2.1.1, at which point I can get into recovery but the phone is still stuck at the cyanogenmod during normal boot. At this point I installed the original cyanogenmod .zip from recovery and now at least the phone boots up normally. Still need to get stock back somehow.
Out of ideas and exhausted from this. Any help would be appreciated. Perhaps anyone has a working stock 4.0.3 rom for the Vivid, nandroid backup, etc., or any other ideas. Thanks for reading.
Oh crap...
OK... First... Stock rom can be found in development... Most of the roms there are stock... Read the OP... It'll tell you...
Second... You should use TWRP 2.5.3.0 or something like that I forget...
Third... When you tried the ruu... Did you relock your bootloader...
Side note... Could you get your phone to show up with 'fastboot devices'

CM13(20151128) Broken recovery, Won't flash.

I use TWRP 2.8.7.1(which was flashed to the phone) and now after flashing this nightly version, the recovery gets stuck on the TWRP screen and flashes every 60 seconds, but never lets me use it.
I've searched through all the forums, but can't find anyone else with this problem. I just want to flash CM12.1 Snapshot, but I can't without the recovery working.
Everytime I flash the same recovery(TWRP2.8.7.1), the bootloader gives me the error "Mismatched partition size". I've tried "Fastboot boot TWRP2.8.7.1.img, but it sits stuck on the loading TWRP screen. I've cleared the cache, but still nothing.
The only recovery that I can get to work is CWM by booting the .img from the bootloader, but that still does nothing because none of the directories will mount, so I cant flash from the recovery.
I'm waiting on motorola to send me the stock files and just reflash stock and start from scratch, but I really want to save my data.
Does anybody have any clue as to what I'm doing wrong before I reset to stock?
Try this one:

If this recovery doesn't work, you may have to reflash the full stock rom

Nope.. didn't work. I had the 5.0 files from motorola that I flashed, and I'll update from there.
I really wish motorola would leave those files open to download instead of having to wait... sucks not having a phone, but I survived.
i have the same issue, any idea how to fix it ?

Bell Note 5 SM-N920W8 stuck, boot loop

We had a Note 5 at work get messed up. I have no idea what happened to start this but the issue is that it won't boot into the OS at all. I can get into download mode and recovery only with a custom one, using TWRP. Even when I do get into recovery wipes resets won't work. Trying most get the error about data being uncountable. When you look in TWRP internal storage shows as 0 and when you look at the data partition is shows as 0. Also when in recovery it will random reboot itself. I can't fastboot as the drivers won't work with fastboot. Tried everything to flash the latest stock rom and everything else I can think of. I was going to try wiping the EFS partition but Odin gives and error failure. Running out of ideas.

Can't access Recovery after updating TWRP

After flashing the latest TWRP 3.3.1 image file from TWRP 3.2.3 and upon reboot I got an error "Could not do normal boot" and it took me to ODIN mode. Thinking maybe it was a corrupt file I flashed the .tar file from Odin and it successfully completed and rebooted into the system. Okay great. So I tried to boot into recovery from the system and it took me back to the same error. Tried several times to flash recovery from Odin and each time it completes successfully, boots into the system. Everything looks great and works - until I try to boot into recovery. Tried powering down completely and giving it a few minutes but the same thing happens when I power up. the only way I can get back into the system is to flash the TWRP tar file again from Odin and let it boot the system upon finishing.
I have searched the forums and the web without finding any solution that doesn't include going back completely to stock. In those cases the system was corrupted as well. Not really wanting to do that since everything works except booting to recovery. Any suggestions?
Update - I was finally able to download XAR-T813XXS2BSJ3_T813XAR2BSA2-20191016 and install it so I currently have the latest stock I can find for my T813. I have not tried to install TWRP yet on this version. I am a little leery to do so at this point since I've had no luck on any previous attempt.
Well, SSDD! No matter what version TWRP I flash, when I try to boot into recovery I get "Recovery Booting....Could not do normal boot" and it takes me to download mode (Odin Mode). I give up. I guess I am doomed to using a stock tablet and all of my previous apps and set up is no longer accessible. If by some miracle somebody has a fix I'm all ears.
Update - Finally was able to root with CF-Auto-Root through Odin. While it is not my root method of choice it is the only way I can root since TWRP will not load for me. At least I can get to my TB backups and restore most of my apps. Also, I can get rid of the bloat that pure stock sticks on the tablet. If I hadn't just bought a new laptop, I would seriously consider replacing this tablet.
