No you wont lose cwm. If you're on the stock rom that you rooted you will probably lose root. If you flashed a custom rom that was already rooted, then you shouldn't lose root either.

Have you flashed a Rom too? You had previously said it was just rooted... I think... if so, please be specific as to all the things you have flashed so we will be best able to help you get rid of them...

The easiest first step would be to hope you made a backup of when you first installed clockwork... if not, how long of a window before you have to send it back?

Flashing the tot file does not actually take it back to stock. When I went from Revolt to GB, I removed CWM then flashed the V6 tot. ALL of my data was still there, apps and all. It might take all the OS parts back, but it doesn't do any type of data wipe.

Stock ROM? This happens on reboot with odexed ROMs, and upon reboot after wiping dalvik cache in recovery.

Yea then the only way to get rid of it would be to unlock bootloader, flash custom recovery, install deodexed ROM (most custom ROMs are)
Thats the only way?

It's possible with fast boot on you may not see it. But does fast boot apply to cold boots as well? Or just restarts?
Edit: I guess it would apply to cold boots too, since from a cold boot you can't get to bootloader with fast boot on. Try it and let us know.
No... because with fastboot on the phone never shuts off... similar to hibernate in windows...
It has to do with building odex files AFAIK...

It still does it with fastboot on

Check your settings for Access point in Mobile network. If there is non, set it up. Or ask you operater to give it to you.
Till acces points are ok i checked it will factory reset after rooting brick device?

I've downgrade from Jelly Bean using Philippines ROM but I lost GPS functionality.
Which partition or directory stores GPS driver?

You are wrong. Neither 3g nor gps has anything to do with the drivers!
3g works after factory reset because the apn settings is resetted.
Gps related file is gps.conf in system/etc. Try replacing it.
And before doing anything, get your facts straight, or you will end up messing your device!
I do not respond to tech support via PM

Well, I'll not argue your wisdom about drivers.
I do know that my APN settings was right and to support that I was replaced my modemfs partition and 3g become working with same APN settings.

That's what I did after turning off data while it was downloading the file to stop it and restarted my phone and it hasn't tried to download it again. But I've never dealt with this before so hopefully someone more experienced can chime in that would be great. Usually it ask for permission but mine just started doing it on its own.
