Ok, so i paired Axura 2.0.3 with #805 kernel and it runs flawlessly!!!
same method as before just a different kernal.. so for future reference when Axura 2.0.3 becomes available to everyone look back for this post{BOOKMARK ME!!]
UPDATE!!!
Axura 2.0.1 rom is the less glitchy..{just released 2.0.4 "early" with the fixes applied, flashing now}
the best kernel available as of now is Eugene's a12/a11 oc/uv!!! has all available lag fixes, tweaks, and misc stuff built into the recovery, and the voltage app allows adjustment in individual speeds!!

It just drives me nuts that these kernels add the I9000 splash screen - but the 800 series, on up to 805 if tweaked correctly work great.

Not trying to be mean but what are you trying to say?
Works exactly as described!!
Confirmed working on Axura 2.0.2, using the OP exact instructions... Quadrant Score 2072, Linpack 16.777, the I9000 splash screen doesn't bother me, but to each his (or her) own.
Thanks for posting this... works beautifully!

i think axura 2.0.1 runs pretty quick already, but I tried this out for fun. It runs even quicker now =D no problems so far.

It would be awesome to get Eugene's latest kernel (#106) working on Axura. Eugene stated that it should work on other roms as long as you include the zImage (duh) and the /system/init.rc. Tried doing it with a flashable zip as well as flashing just the kernel and then using adb to push the init.rc but still couldn't get it to boot. Maybe a much more talented individual could get this set up working.
Is it possible to flash axura 2.03 and flash the kernel by using CW? I believe kernels can be induvidually flashed right without odin correct? Thanks.

10. Change scheduler to your preference (not necessary)

So I'm already on Axura, so I can just jump right to the flashing of eugenes kernel through cw recovery, correct? Don't get why I'd have to odin eugenes froyo package. I hate odin if you haven't guessed by now lol.
Also, which one is supposed to be better? 802 vs. 805

Yeh I hate odin also. I believe we should be able to flash in cw. I dont see why one would have to flash eugenes rom also. Im curious. Anyone care to expound. Thanks!
Correct...if your already on Axura your fine, except if you have any voodoo lag fix our oclf lag fix..you would have to remove them first...I personally like #802..but to each his own

Yes as long as it is a flashable .zip
Kernel and not made for odin..but thus far out of all the kernels eugene's #80x kernels are the only ones that work and are cwm flashable..

After I install the ext2 files, it says I already have a lagfix installed. I followed your procedure correctly but with Axura 2.0.3 and kernel #802.
I had voodoo installed before but I flashed disable-lagfix.zip before I did any of this.

What kind of reboot issues? Were you running a rom other then axura when you flashed 2.0.3? Best bet is to odin and do it all fresh and only flash one at so time with reboots between flashes...and disable any lag fixes!!

How's the battery life on this?
802 gave good battery life with 2.0.3 for me
13-08-2011 minimodX slicker than a well-oiled weasel
- installer borrowed/modded from T.J´s & paramasis ideas work
check out paramasis great rom here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=15811702#post15811702
now lets see:
pre root deodexed vanilla KPK with su,jit,a2sd,juwes ramscript, dsp manager, Open VPn (tun.ko) Cifs manager (cifs.ko), hosts patched (adsblocked),Stock samsung launcher -wallpaper works now.. Android Keyb - useless pile ocrap -Autokiller mem app -Obsolete, using juwe script in rom instead - less bloat.
Sdbooster - Obsolete -new script in init.d -faster less bloat. CRT fx screen off ( settings-display-enable animatons).
Reboot menu had to go. (you can add it easy if you know what yer doin
yep thats it + gui changes.
The Idea with minimod was to remove bloat - and that worked very well - paramasi and Meistro T.j did great work but still the roms are vanilla and full of stuff I never use - so just try your vanilla or xmod or andro-id or cyano - its a matter of taste.
easy run minimodX @ 7-8xx mhz? - use the OC kernels in paramasi rom and remember to put cache on SDEXT -BEFORE flashing oc kernel
MiniMod X:
http://www.mediafire.com/?kt1syjni94jfa9w
install from cwm
NOTE!: First boot takes time - let it finish
fukit
Flash MiniMod ROM :
Download and copy the latest Minimod ROM to SD Card
Reboot to Recovery Mode
Select install zip from sd card
Select choose zip from sd card
Select the new MiniMod ROM
Select Yes - Install update
Wait till the Installation is finish
Select reboot system now
Install only if you know you have 2.3.4 + CWM
thanks for your minimod
some feedback plz any requests welcome
i do not run this mod on my phone my only request is OC
Thank's bro.. Worth a try...
i have not tried it mate....but gud to see more things happening for mini. hopefully we'll get our own section.
This Mod is Great! Thank You so much Sir!
Hope an overclock upgrade comes out soon!
Installed, now testing
... still no probs, runs fast.

Hi guys, as the title says I'm running latest MIUI rom on my Captivate with Glitch v13 kernel. Is it okay to flash Thunderbolt script v2 of pikachu01 upon my system?
Has anybody here tried that combination and if so, is it good?
Thanks .
When I use Thunderbolt, it screws up my phone for some reason, and I usually have to reflash. I wouldn't bother.
There are ROM specific q&a threads for a reason. Pleases use them whenever appropriate, as in this instance...
This isn't just ROM specific, it also pertains to a tweak, Thunderbolt, so it could go either way - I'll leave this alone and see what happens.
But its about whether or not the tweak will work on that specific ROM...
But Ok, you're the boss lady
Well speaking for thunderbolt i'm running it now and it works great. Nice and zippy
I'm running mosaic 8 with the latest talon bigmem oc'ed to 1200 mhz fwiw...
Ok guys, thanks for your opinions .
I guess I'm not gonna flash Thunderbolt until someone confirms that it works with Glitch v13 and MIUI.
I've been following a few of the threads dealing with 'Script Tweaks' that folks are using on the REVO and I wanted to ask if the tweaks can be used on the stock ROM. Do I need to go to Broken Out in order to see the benefit of tweaks or will they work on a rooted stock ZV9 ROM?
V6 supercharger
thunderbolt tweaks
ICS responsiveness
Tweakz v6
beats audio
Smurfed Out
Should work without a hitch. Just do a backup from cwm. That way if things get a little sticky, you can go back to a stock rooted v9.
My REVO is Broken, Thunderbolted, Supercharged, and Smurf'd
Thanks for the reply! I'll give them a try!

v6 supercharger
Thunderbolt
ICS Tweaks
Tweakz v6
Beats Audio
Smurfed Out
On Smurfed Out, I like 'ridiculous speed' (I hope that's right, you'll know what setting i'm talking about) and set my dalvik heap to 64mb. My wife's revo works best with 'light speed' and a heap size of 128mb.
Every phone will be different. It's all trial and error. MAKE A BACKUP!!!!!!!! Just in case. And don't forget to wipe cache and dalvik upon rebooting if the script doesn't.
