This is to be flashed at your own free will. I am not holding a gun to your head. If this breaks your phone, it is not on me! This will void your warranty though, so if Verizon doesn't want to give you a new one because this broke it, it is on you!

Two questions though. What does "7.) To Block CIQ Logs Requires Reboot After Initial Boot" mean, and do we need a program like SetCpu or does this kernal default to 1.5ghz?

Sweet downloading now! Thanks mt!
EDIT: Nice work mt my phones super fast and smoooth

Default it is set at 1.5ghz. Setcpu will allow you to raise or lower that number as you wish. You can also set profiles to run minimum speed when screen is off, and ramp up when turned back on.

This is probably a stupid question but, does this kernel include the signal drop reboot fix for i9000 roms or is that something I need to do in addition to the kernel? Also if Its not included do I intall the reboot fix before or after I install a i9000 rom?
Thanks in advance

Quadrant jumped up 400 plus points.
Run it 2/3 times. Pin min/max if u want to bench.
Quadrant isn't very consistent and doesn't run too well on this platform, but what can u do. Antutu might fare better.
running flawlessly so far, Mflops 55.009 (thats up from 35) and quadrant around 2002 (Thats up from 1500) so far no forecloses on anything and it is very smooth, great work! Gonna try smart bench,,,WiFi works perfect,,,,so does temp monitor and there is no heat increase at all!

The link for the module is pointing to the incorrect filename
removed link - OP corrected filename.
Will this work on tabs that don't have the unlocked icon?
All you need is a recovery that can flash updates signed with a test key (cwm or io stock recovery), and superuser/su for setcpu.
I had to run it 4 times and that was the highest,,,never put too much into quadrant

32 GB Unlocked GT10.1 Running Smooth
Just flashed zip and installed setcpu. Built in long test went from 762 on avg to 208. Didn't try quadrant as I don't believe it's actually optimized for Android 3.1 as many have mentioned. Running entirely smooth with no FC's and noticeably faster. Thanks !!!

Because you use the kernel for Captivate. Download the right i9000 version and you'll be okay. Trust me, this kernel is worth it. UV is so awesome and I never dropped a percent when in deep sleep.

Talon 0.4.3 non-O/C but slightly UV, all file systems on ext4.
Had to ajdust minfree settings with AutoKiller to 50/60/70 to get it really smooth though.
It's a good and fast kernel with great battery performance, but the current version has a small memory leak that will be fixed in the next release.

[TWEAK] ICS Responsiveness

Hey guys! Thought I would throw this tweak out here as well. Would you like to have the same responsiveness on your phone as what comes with ICS? Of course you would!!
Here's a little flashable zip I put together with just simply 2 files in it. These files will improve scrolling, navigating through apps and just the overall smoothness of your Revo. When you flash this, do a reboot and upon booting back up you should notice at least a little difference in overall responsiveness. This will not mess with any scripts you currently have running and will not conflict with any of them either.
Install Instructions:
Download the zip file here: ICS Tweak
Place the zip on your sdcard
Reboot into Recovery
Wipe cache partition and Dalvik cache
**Mount /system in recovery
Flash zip
Reboot
Does make a difference, thanks for posting.
