I am assuming to get a go phone sim to work it has to be from a prepaid smart phone? I had one from a regular phone but it says to insert sim card even after i put in in several times. Any help?

Hi. I recently bought an ATRIX hd from ebay. And i love the phone. But just today I noticed at school that my data hasn't working. I tried to restart my phone and took out the sim
Card but none of those things worked. Has anyone got a solution? (I don't know a lot about Android so if there is a special process i could try please tell me)

You have to set your carrier APN configuration well.
I know when I bought my phone I left the store and everything worked except for data I had to go back to att and they had to activate it or something

Try changing your modem.
Try another Modem or change your SIM to see if its a phone problem.
I have an issu with my chat on app... I generaly use two sim cards sim1 for call& sms sim2 for internet.. When i put the sim 2 only the app runs preety well.. But when i put the both sims in it it stucks showing no network conectn avail thpugh i had my data connectn onn from sim2

Hi sagarsaha,
If you are not able to get network connection on inserting both sim cards then it should be some problem with the device. Good luck
My SD and SIM cards do not click into place. They simply just slide into place. Is this normal? Consequently, I can't get the SIM card out without using needle nose pliers. This can't be right? I've tried pushing the SIM card in so it would do the familiar "click and pop out" thing, but it doesn't work that way on mine. How about yours?

Ok, thanks. There is an online tutorial showing the push and click thing..... Have you guys tried to removethe sim? It ain't happening on mine without a tool. Me no like.

Yeah there's no click.
I did try to remove the sim. It is hard but I was able to do it without a tool. I had to press down while pulling it out.
Anyone else experienced this issue? A simple toggle of airplane mode and 4g is back but only for an hour or so.. Ive always gotten 4g in my area where i am is pretty well coverd. Also once in 3g it will never go back to 4g..
Ive seen others have this neusense and what was recommended was to factory reset (which solved theres) but this did not solve my issue
Any insight?
I suspect the app android tweaker may have caused this or from flashing 4.4 roms but even after factory reset this issue is not solved

I am in the same boat as you I toggled 3g in eclipse GPE and will not return to LTE CDMA (3g) except in 4g (LTE only) which will not allow me to receive text messages. I am on MI1 boot loader using safe strap 3.65 and hyperdrive 10.2 and eclipse Google play edition. Please let me know if you find. Solution that works for you. I have flashed MI1 Odin file with out luck or any success

I reflashed mi1 kernel still no 4g took vzw mj4 update but have not been in a reliable enough 4G area since to test yet. I initially thought sim also but what doesn't make sense to me is 4g works with same sim swapped in my RAZR maxx. stock for now may be going to the big red store tomorrow :/ will keep ya posted
