Arabic support for Android 2.1 under xperia 1

Hi guys..
please help me i wont arabic support for my Android 2.1
somebody says must use terminal to copy Arabic fonts file to system
but i can't do this because i don't now how do that
please my friend help me

How to add language/dictionary to rom?
Thanks anybody if help me

1. de-compile all apk´s u want to translate
2. look in re/values folder for tose files: arrays.xml and strings.xml
3. Translate all Srings and arrays from english into ur language (Notepad++)
4. Push ur vales-de from every apk for German Language into all apks u translated ;-)
5. Re-Compile and voila ur translation is done xD

I'm using [ROM][JB][4.1.2][V20B][MAGIC ROM Pro Edition v1]Enjoy With New Experience][29-6-2014] but there in no full polish language (only half?). I'm asking can some one will be able to add value-pl to settings.apk with decompile that I can have ROM with polish language?
