SWYPE theme?

Anyone know of a beautiful swype theme?
I found this, but its not released, thread closed

This is what I'm looking for! Crisp, blue, non-glossy, clean.

find an image you like, any image, preferably a darker image as im not done with the black text keyboards yet. i will make that into a swype keyboard for you.

Do you know of any that look close to that? Something clean, crisp, bright (blue is nice) and not glossy.

na, i would have to make, crop and place every key for 14 different keyboards. i have transparent keyboards made up already. all i have to do is crop the image and place.

Mike it was nice of you to offer up but i guess you cant always please everyone.
It was awesome that you even said you would do it but oh well on to better things.
I am sure what you would have cooked up would have been better then what chad wanted.

Mike you are right orange and green is yuck!!! I just like the miami hurricanes and someone who wasnt thinking clearly decided to use those colors.
I appreciate the offer. If i find something really cool i will send it your way.

Not sure if it matters, but I know we are permitted to use these images. One is an adjustment of a photo by a friend of mine and the other is the logo we used for a driving event at the Dragon (US 129 in NC/TN - incredible road!! [I drive an 04 R32 and it is made for that area - tons of twisties ]) and the logo was done from scratch by another good friend of mine...

can you change the color of the word suggestion? The color used for the word suggestion is some weird green on a gray background that makes it unreadable and I have to guess if its the correct word or not. How about a nice BOLD BLACK?

Mike what do you need to get the color of the keys for the first post? Just the color of the key or the exact size of a key?

what i need is the motovation. i just dont feel like going through all that. i have to make the keys and place each and every single key on 14 different keyboards and THEN add the key text. thats a ton of work. i may at some point get to it. but its way down on the priority list.

iPhone status bar theme MIUI

Hey!
Can somebody make a theme for MIUI status bar like iPhones one (screenshot) ?
The point is to make it a little bit thinner than normal MIUI.
Note: I want it for MIUI Gingerbread 'cause it's easier than MIUI v4, but if you want it for MIUI v4 ...

Yeah. LCD Density will do it, but it will make everything smaller.

i guess you can do it by editing systemui.apk's layout xml files manually

your gonna mess up alot of things by editing status bar to be thinner.
If you do it, the time will have to be changed to be smaller and fit, then it will have to be modded again so miui can change where it's location is. All this but for pretty much every notification you'll ever get. all the icons are going to have to be smaller than before, and it may not even fit on the status bar.
Just use a lower dpi, im on 200 and it looks really good.

Changing DPI, the icons remain at the same dimension and the labels are smaller and they come on the icons..

The battery and signal are a cluster. I'm not to fimiliar with MIUI but I'm guessing it follows the same principle. Only the battery text can be moved to the right on its own. I may be wrong but that's how it was when I was running CM7.

I changed my Homescreen to the Paper Screen home screen
But now, I need a cool Lockscreen Wallpaper that matches this.

I know MiUi has a paper locker its unique and cool. So i mean i think you'd have to Look at miHome or miLocker. Only reason i know cause i love miui and i was testing it before

I'm not new to the site,jut haven't posted anything. Anyways, In the process of doing somethings to my phone and someones ROM, or launcher caught my attention. I really like it and ive been searching for it for two days with no success. Attached is and image of what im talking about, can any one help me out!?

looks like it might be a venom rom (viper). can't get it on sprint yet.

Looks like Mi Home launcher. It is MIUI launcher installable without the whole ROM. It's on the playstore.

OP, I don't see anything distinctive about that home screen/launcher. That's not meant to be offensive, but it doesn't seem to have any "identifying" traits-- I don't see a dock, but lots of launchers let you hide a dock. Ditto for the app drawer. The icon set looks familiar-- I think I may have seen it in one of the newer minimal packs (particularly the G+ and Minecraft icons). But this entire setup looks like it would be entirely reproducible on several launchers with the right widgets.

Which ROMS allow red signal icons?

Help Xperia Z1s Status Bar Turns Grey in Settings/Dialer

No idea what has caused this... but when I enter settings it goes from Black (nova launcher) or transparent (stock xperia) to a dull gray.

I should also not the the bar along the bottom with the back, home, and app switcher buttons turns the same color.

It has always been like this for me on stock.

Not a dark grey, but a lighter dull flat grey on top and bottom.
Does it change color when you enter settings from the stock launcher?

This is really stressing me out. Whether I messed something up or it was like that all along... it looks horrible.
Is there a way to change android settings menus (as well as the notification bar/bottom button bar) to black and get rid of this horrible white/grey theme that doesn't involve an unlocked bootloader? I'm hoping to find an easy fix for this once root is available.

Same thing on my phone, if you use nova launcher to change the bar color it works except in sonys custom settings, which probably means the color of the bars there is handled different hence why nova launcher can't change it. Would probably need something like a custom rom/root or maybe 4.4 to do this.

This is stock and normal. You're like the third person I've seen complaining about this today? I don't understand why it's a problem.

Uh yeah.. It's supposed to do that.

Honestly it's not a problem aside from the fact that it's unsightly. I was afraid messed something up.
So even without nova it would still turn grey?

Yep, this is controlled by the Dialer and Settings APKs - you won't be able to change it without modifying those APKs or a custom ROM/app which supports forcing status bar colors. I'm not too involved in that stuff, though, so that's about as much of a jumping off point as I can give you.
To be honest, I didn't even notice it until people started getting excited about. Different folks...

I think it's simply a case of the status bar/button panel (whatever it's called) blending the default black color with the white-ish background of the app. I assume it's just the application of translucency and alpha blending. Change the bgcolor of those apps, probably goes away. Maybe there are some other white-background apps to prove that theory.

Messaging does it too, fyi

Good catch. I replaced stock Messaging with 8sms to fix group threading. 8sms doesn't have the gray bars, even with the light theme, but stock Messaging definitely does.
