UD Launcher from the Ultimate Droid rom by Blackdroid.
Posting the Launcher separately for those who like to use it.
This patch will remove any launcher installed [ADW, Stock] and replace it with UD Launcher.

I really like this, it's basically the stock launcher with extra options for customization. I just wish I could change the number of home screens, then it would be pretty much perfect.

There was a guy in this subforum that changed the browser to mms for the stock launcher. He helped me change it for my d2, ill post up his notes if wanted.

just try it on your own.. if it doesnt work, it wont work. then just uninstall it.
its not going to brick your phone or anything, go ahead and adventure yourself

well tried it with the 2.3.4 update. FC loop on launcher trying to go back now

still loving it - actually hope to see is come back to nscollab at some point.

MiLocker - MIUI lockscreen on any GB 2.3 ROM

Like MIUI lockscreens? Here's the official MIUI MiLocker app-

This will let you use the MIUI lockscreens on any 2.3+ ROM.
Download and install the apk, then enable it in the MiLocker settings.

Looks good. Will definitely try that once I get back to AOSP ROM.

It's not bad by any means, but I like WidgetLocker better. The time it takes to activate the lockscreen seems to be buggy, and there's not many settings right now, but it's something I'll keep an eye on.

The first one. MiUI. I tried a bunch of the other ones and they all show the SMS preview in Chinese. Maybe I just didn't pick an English one.

It does not work on ICS

using the ICS-esque one on oxygen 2.3.2 working great so far

No really a shame, can't wait to see things like these on ICS.

[MOD] [CM9] black/holo themed mms calender an market app

The white sms calendar and market app don`t match with the holo theme of ICS.
So I themed these apps to match better with ICS holo theme.
The apps should work with all CM9-Roms

as I don`t use mails app, I don`t theme this app at this time, maybe in the future.
To go back to default apps, recover backup, or reistall rom using nonwipe.

Market app is (old)market, update for google play will be included in one of next Nova HD Plus Roms

My black Google play can be found in Nova-HD Plus rom, also black gmail will be in one of the next Nova-HD-Plus builds.

any chance you can post them here as i am a non-nova user

My black apps are exclusive for Nova-HD-Plus, I don`t make stand alone updates,
but you can get them from, where they are included in,

Another great mod for CM9 !
If you do the same with the contact app, I will consider installing the Nova-HD-Plus !
It's the only app with white background.
Anyway, great job !

Of Course I`ve tried to mod contacts.apk,
but sorry, at the moment modding contacts.apk resulting in crashing phone.apk, it`s an incompatibility between apktool and some ICS/CM9 apps (for example, email.apk can`t be recompiled).
With modded contacs.apk you can still answer calls, and call a contact, but you don`t be able to call a number using dialpad.
What a pity, I don`t like the white contacts background too, unfortunately we have to wait for an apktool update, or somebody find a working solution (found two on net, but both don`t working for me).

Sorry no, the problem isn`t to create a theme, but to make phone dialer doesn't FC.

My friend, i found a solution : just have a look on this thread.
Just copy the contact.apk to your system/app with ES File Explorer (or another root file tool) and it's done.
It works for me !

And it seems i've got a new feature : sort my contacts by name (and not only by firstname).

[APP] Stock LG ICS keyboard with swype [update 20/05]

Hi guys!
Here is the signed APK of the stock LG keyboard ported from ICS v30A. LG version is "2.1.90.12-stable-release" and this one has finally swype!
It is signed, so you need to install it like a simple app. I tested it in tonyp's CM10.1 and works like a charm! :good:

Been using this for a long time on CM10 too, but damn boy, it FCs a lot! Random FC'ing at random tmes. Need to clear data and re-set the settings, language etc. after every FC. Could work a lot better if that was fixed

For me it FC's only if I use handwriting option... Otherwise it works great.... Using it on tonyp's CM 10.1...

What ROM are you using? Care to post some logcat? As I told to owais40, it FC's only with handwriting... Trying to solve it!

Could you add some standard symbols to the unused buttons (or at least some of them) in the symbols pane with 4 of them being the 4 directional (arrow) keys

Man, I'll see what I can do but it could be difficult.
I'm a dev but I never seriously worked on Android, for this app I just put together some of LG's stuff...

Good job man now we can replace the AOSP keyboard into CM10.1 ROM to use the swype

not working without supersu?
I was not using this app since I bought a lg g3. today I've installed cm12.1 and I realized that app doesn't work without supersu installed even if root access granted from development settings. what could be causing this?
