I'd talk to Thinikk, he posted them in the teamhacksung's thread. He might be able to help you, or find someone who can. Here is his post:

can i dual boot?

can i dual boot 2 roms?
Yes and no. The closest thing to it is through an app called bootmanager that installs roms on your SD card which doesn't take long to switch between roms. But you can't truly dual boot off the phones internal storage.

Our device is not supported.
It won't help with trying to get the KU900 V30 to work on our P970 as it doesn't boot. I am not sure how they do this from what I can tell they boot much later by mounting their file image then booting from that. The problem we are facing happens before that, but it does look interesting.
EDIT: Those sizes you are looking for can very easily be found using any terminal emulator or adb shell.

To what extent does can it "emulate" the alternate ROM booting. Can we alter bootargs that are passed to kernel by u-boot. Their website actually tells me very little about how it is actually done.

well i think we can alter the kernel thats why i was saying that this could help in the development of ics...........
if this works out this could be our greatest break through :victory:

Just the kernel won't help. We need to alter stuff before the kernel gets initialized and if we make a mistake then we might lose the ability to go into SW Update mode and we can't risk that.
We can easily re-flash kernels as is so that's not the problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it won't help if it still relies on our u-boot.

Hi,
Unfortunately Iam not familiar with the XtremeJB rom. But what I do know is that not all roms comes with this option. Try asking in the ROM thread, or read through the 1st post by the dev.

How do fix led light blue for p970 ?

It's not broken. Its just unused in official ICS.
It's possible to get it working like in GB by changes a few configs, but it doesn't work 100% (last time I checked, they might've fixed it by now somewhere on Chinese Forum)

That will just change baseband. You need to recompile kernel to get it working.

xonar_ is right. It is not broken and does not need a fix. Wait for the propper mod and stop cluttering this forum about you blue led problem everywhere !
There are more important issues with this ROM then silly button color.
Other way get blue paint and get your phone painted !

Lack of blue leds is major issue. I don't know what key I'm pressing when I use my phone. Also sometimes I press keys like 10 times because I didn't see it was pressed.

Not a issue. It's a feature. They chose to remove it. It's only a issue or bug when it's supposed to work. As sources are now out we easily modify it to work like it did in GB (Might not work 100%, but close).
