Is Raider4G of Rogers/BELL SimUnlock(ed) and are those who use on other careers?
In that case, can Wifi Hotspot be used?
Although I am SIM UNLOCK and using Vivid of AT & T, Wifi Hotspot cannot turn ON in APN of Docomo.
I think that APN except Cinglar cannot use Vivid.
I think that I will buy Raider4G if Wifi Hotspot is effectively made on other careers Raider4G.
If there are those who know if you please, please let me know.
Hotspot works with raider. Using mine with at&t.

anyone else have an issue ethering on LTE and no dice? i put the isp.cingular APN in and i works fine on HSPA plus but if i go to fire up he hotspot on LTE APN it says it cant connect, phone connects fine but no tether...

Ok so the data on my phone works (i can connect to anything on my phone using LTE) however the minute i throw on the hotspot, no connection. My line is provisioned correctly as i have checked many times. For some reason it just wont connect to the data network when the hotspot it on..... i threw my sim in another VIVID and it worked fine. i know were having LTE network issues but WTF?
If you actually have it provisionsed correctly, (purchased LTE tether) why not just call 611?

Anyone tried wifi tethering on a HTC One Unlocked (direct order from HTC) working on AT&T? Does it work or does it give an error message say no tethering plan available?
I know AT&T branded HTC One checks to see if you have tether plan before allows wifi hotspot

It works fine, no issues with the built in mobile network sharing.

so I just got this unlocked HTC ONE from HTC shop
and I am currently using T-mobile, but I have issues with 3g
i used to have HTC desire z and 3g works fine,
and I went to shop, change my sim card to micro sim card so that i can use it in HTC ONE
BUT, everything works perfect excepted 3g
mobile network only can find T-mobile 2g network and at&t 2g/3g/4g network when i search the network operators
and i am not going to do roaming.
I tried to change VPN but it doesn't work
I also tried tweakker, but for some reason, it kept saying my wifi didn't connect to internet but it did connect to internet..
so could somebody help me
i didn't root my phone yet, and the rom is official rom

You're not going to like this answer, but the unlocked HTC one lacks the 1700 band needed for T-Mobile 3G. The good news is T-Mobile is in the process of reforming their network so your phone should get 3G by quarter 3 2013. Until then you could try an AT&T mvno or return it and buy one from T-Mobile that has the required bands.

I recently bought an unlocked HTC One directly from HTC to use on the Tmobile network. I assumed I would be able to use potable wifi hotspot to tether the Internet to my ipad when needed. It does not seem to be working though. I was able to get the iPad to connect once but when trying to go to a website, it took me to a tmobile page that said I don't have a paid plan with tmobile. Now it won't even connect to it at all. Any idea why? Are there any setting changes that can fix this?
I was able to use the tethering option on my Nexus 4 with no problems at all. I was hoping since I bought the htc one unlocked and NOT from tmobile, there wouldn't be any restrictions...
