How install samsung' s stock apps

Hi at all
I've got a samsung galaxy s with ROOT and i use ICS from team hacksung
Now i have an ask:
How can i install stock apk of android 2.3.5
I'm interested in these apps:
1) Samsung's MyFile
2) Calendar
3) Memo

It's not possible, as the ics rom and the stock Samsung rom use different framework. You should try ES explorer, which is free on the Market. Also there are many free notes apps. Please hit thanks if I could help

Marcee may be correct. I tried many times installing the touchwiz music apk, but it never installed. Of course, you'll need the touchwiz framwork which ICS doesn't have. Unless there's a way...

It may be helpful, to wipe data of the Memo.apk in Manage Applications?!

RTL languages in ICS

Using Slim ICS. Its an amazing ROM. But only one thing is missing. The developer had removed languages to slim down the ROM. Any idea how can I add arabic/urdu (or RTL) language support?

Are you Refering to the language(Arabic)(Urdu) or just RTL fix for these?

I can see the fonts, but they are disjoint.. So i guess just the fix.

Ok figured it out thanks to the user @sawari
ICS already has built in support for arabic etc.. the problem is a missing font!
Just copy it in system/fonts and reboot and you are done!

turn out, my phone can read the arabic language, but cannot write it with proper RTL
copied some word from arabic website, the result will be disjointed

I have Samsung Galaxy S2, bought in Saudi Arabia. I rooted my phone and flashed a custom ICS ROM. I can write and read Arabic in most of the applications, but the application tQuran would give me disjoint Arabic letters. Any idea? It was not like that in the stock GB ROM.

SlimICS has all other languages removed, so in other words: Just adding a font won't help. You'll need to implement the language into the Framework, SystemUI and all other system apps by morphing them. DJSound managed to pull this off in the next version of TiramiSlim (It's pretty much SlimICS but with loads of extra options thanks to AROMA).

yes the screen shots from my tablet JB
I'm using swiftkey tablet keyboard :good:

if you can figure out some way to get the arabic language inside the stock keyboard it will be very nice.
p6200 got an arabic keyboard in thier rom. can't we port or something?

does it crashes when you enable the tap sound, and should i make it 213 dpi like the requirement in the thread?

I flashed The keyboard in the thread, but it didn't contain any arabic language :S

[Q] 4.2.2 keyboard and vocal writing

I installed 4.2.2 keyboard on my n7000 with a custom 4.1.2 rom and it is working perfectly except one thing: I set up vocal writing but no microphone button on keyboard...
...any help?

4.2.2 Google keyboard...
When I tried a 4.2.2 rom that keyboard had the vocal writing, I flashed on actual 4.1.2 rom but there is not that feature...

Everything was okay but when I reboot, no changes are made even after pressing apply changes and reboot
