I am a Chinese and I got my m180l (Korean version tab) occasionally, I want to use it as a 3g tab but I don't know how to write AN (Access Network) Authentication into it. I've tried the sprint version method but it doesn't work. Someone help me please.

I flashed my phone 1st and I can turn it on and everything browse apps do whatever I just get no networks. I got all the apn settings and still nothing. What should I do?
I've read the guide to unlock my Device but no success so far.
I have a Device from UK but I'm in Portugal.
I would like to unlock my Device to use it with any SIM Card world Wide or, at least, with one of the 3 Portuguese Operators (TMN; Vodafone and Optimus).
When I turn on my Device with my no authorized SIM CARD the phone starts normaly and there is no unlock prompted. I get GSM access but no 3G access, which means that I'm able to make phone calls but no data is available. I get no access to the WEB.
Can anyone help me with this situation?
btw: when I insert a TMN SIM CARD (another Portuguese Operator) I get FULL ACCESS (GSM and 3G). I think this is weird!!!

I don't have the same problem like tryyyniii. I bought my SGS in the Middle East, particularly in Bahrain. Can someone please help me on how to upgrade my SGS. I already have samsung kies and this is what appears when i connect from keis and try to upgrade my phone:

I really don't know what the problem is. I don't have the android market app, I can't use my video call for skype and yahoo messenger, and this really sucks. I searched for solutions, and i'd really like to try to flash and unroot, but i don't like to brick my phone if something goes wrong, because this is what happened the last time i tried to fix my phone with this method:
1- Backup all your files and apps (after this, the device will be just like new)
2- Set the watch to 24 hours mode
3- Dial this code: *#272*HHMM* (HH for the current Hour MM for the current min)
4- Then chose xsg
I get the market app and it works but my problem is, my simcard isn't working at all; I cant send sms or call, so in short, the network simcard became unavailable. Luckily, i still have warranty, so i returned it to the shop were I bought it, and they can't fix it unless they pay 30$ for the repair, so they just replaced it with a new one.

I am using Gingerbread - Overcome on an unlocked Bell Galaxy tab.
I am able to make phone calls or send / receive SMS messages with my Rogers sim card.
However there is no internet / data connection.
I have tried to use different APN settings, but no luck.
Could please anyone point me in the right direction? Is is possible that the modem file I used is not the right one? ( I have used the JPZ modem file)? If I need a different modem file: which one do I need? Can I reflash just the modem with Odin, leaving all the other parts unchanged?

Wohoo: it works!!! All I had to do is to allow "Data Network Mode" in the shutdown screen.

Flash one more time with Odin version of 2.3.5 XXJVS or JVT De-Odexed and it should work, don't worry its not gonna explode, these processes are always reversible!
I have seen more myriad cases that the installation was not a success the first time and they have to do it one more time over the first installation!

Congrats on the new phone!
You don't need to re-flash anything (Well... maybe 2.3.5 JVT anyway ). What you need to do is look up your mobile carrier's apn settings on the net. You will have to enter them manually and you will have your mobile data back.
Settings>Wireless & Network>Mobile networks>Access Point Names.
Follow that path, and that is where you will have to enter the carrier settings for internet and mms.

I think you need configure your APN Settings for your GSM Provider
First you set date and time and country reboot phone.
or
You call your provide network say not working data they see you settings and help.
Does it work now? Have you checked you have the correct csc code. The easiest way maybe to download nitrality, and check which one you have and see if it is correct by looking it up either on google or on here. If you do need to change it, it will factory reset your phone (but its a new phone so that shouldn't be a problem )
You can also check your csc code by dialling this *#272*your imei number#

On Nexus the radio is the same for both models.
You probably just didn't enter the correct APN that was there for your previous ROM (or you defined it).
