Hi! I Have HTC KAISER, I wanted have Android on this Phone. When i want back to WM, Kaiser still on splash screen with info about radio rom, spl.. I Using Tutorial With FrankenKaiser, and now my phone lighting only green led, and on PC Find Qualcomm .......... (COM5) etc. Please HELP.

I am a total n00b and recently ran diamond unlocker on my phone to upgrade to hard spl so i can use custom roms and screen turned black and now wont turn on/charge etc, has anyone have ideas or can shed any light what the problem is would be greatly appreciated.

Guyz - been using cooked ROM's for ages now and all has been cool till now

When my Touch Diamond goes to the multi colour screen (not sure on the name for this screen by hey!) its the one with the red, green, blue and white stripy part
anyways... ill continue, on the bottom half of that screen it usually switches from the word 'Serial' to 'USB' then goes onto the next screen where it pushes out the ROM to the device....but the big problem is that it stay on the stripy colour screen saying 'serial' and I have to soft reset the device to go back to the current ROM i have on the machine. I cant push out the SPL 1.24 back to it - it wont take a new ROM onto it :-(
A bit of history - I did have SPL 1.24 on my device and all was cool - have put on SPL 1.40 OliNex recently and I think this is the thing that has caused my problem :-(
Want to know if there is anything I can do?

try disable usb connection in activesync or windows mobile device center if ur using vista
One day I went to make a call and couldn't.. My htc tilt (AT&T) has a red, green, blue, & white screen with

I did try reflashing the rom several times... 1st few tries show the percent bar but then comes back to the RGB screen... I was able to get it as far as tap to set up the phone... and it gets to the load programs screen... loads everything then will reboot automatically.. but it goes right back to the RGB screen again..
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do (if anything) to resolve this issue? This phone is out of warranty and any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Hi! I was wondering if any of you guys out there could help me by answering a few questions.
I tried to change the screen on my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, but it wont boot up properly. Heres the story:
I followed a step-by-step video that I found on the youtube, which has been proven to work on a former mobile that I fixed.
In short; I got off the old screen and got the new one on. But the problem occurs when I turn it on. It just comes a faint background light from the screen, it does not boot up completely to the sony logo, but you can see that it is on. When I plug it into the charger the LED shines red, before it then turns orange after a few seconds. This is everything that happens, and I can not understand what could be wrong.
Is it something wrong with the screen? Would it work with another screen? Or is the whole phone dead now?
I just hope that one of you out there have the answer, please help me if you do, I would be so happy!
