Using the latest version of the Swype beta, 3.26.92D.36178.t0.
I'm wondering if this is a Captivate issue, since I've checked it on my friends' phones and they don't have this problem.
When using the stock email client (not Gmail) and Swype, I keep getting an issue where words I just deleted keep popping back into the text area. If I keep backspacing, I can get a whole string of the deleted words. I can force it to stop by selecting the entire word (long press) and cutting it, but this is annoying. Has anyone else experienced this?

This just started happening to me, too.. Though I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S2.. Latest Swype, and only in the Email app (for Exchange/IMAP email). Works fine everywhere else.
Turn off word suggestion the swype preferences.

Hello, I'm new at XDA and happy with you.
I have a problem with OB when I write SMS: I touch only one times, but it understands that I touch 2 times, so, "apple" begins to "aapplee".
Actually it doesn't do this on other applications for example Opera Mini Browser. The problem occurs only on SMS programs including GoSMS and normal Android SMS apps.
Version: 10c and I made it root ( I didn't install any custom ROM).
Do you have an idea abut it?
The keyboard maybe?
Have you try another keyboard apps?

Is the keyboard app you use have any calibration option?

hi guys. Is any chance someone can help me with the issue I,ve got. While browsing some of the sites in the internet after 2 minutes it's automatically going back to home screen. I have checked 2 browsers Firefox and stock and it's still the same. Does any1 know what would that be or had a similar problem?

Try Dolphin Browser or Chrome and make the setting to "not sleep" when in use. If it doesn't help, you may have to re-flash your Rom.
