problem when flashing radio - HTC Incredible S

i have attempted to flash this radio: 3322.10.08.28_M
however after flashing, it cannot reboot, it is stuck on the white screen with the green HTC words.
For now i can only access the H-boot (pressing vol. down and power button), and when in the H-boot screen, i cannot scroll to recovery using the volume buttons. it will automatically load into fastboot.
Can anyone help me with this?

HTC Vivid recovery

I looked for other post, but I can't seem to find one. I have a stock HTC Vivid with ICS rooted with WCX recovery. Is there a way for me to boot into recovery without using hasson2000's toolkit?

Make sure you turn fastboot off first in settings first of all so you won't just boot normally. This will allow you to enter the bootloader. Once you are there, it will check some credentials. Then use volume rocker to move up and down and power to enter. Choose recovery, power, and then let it boot you into whatever recovery you have.

HTC One Boot Issues

Is my HTC One bricked/soft-bricked. When I power off and then back on, all I see is the HTC log for 2 sec's; then it jumps back to the boot screen as if I held the power button plus vol down.
Is there any way I can reinstall my sprint software and get my phone working again? If so,what is the Easiest Way to go about fixing this. Little skills when it come to installing rom to android.
Please Help

What were you trying to do?
Power it off, then hold the power and vol down til you get to the bootloader. Run the RUU

What is displayed when you try to run the RUU? Are you able to get in to bootloader mode? What were you trying to do? The more info of what caused the problem the better.

[Q] HTC stuck at htc ONE logo screen, cant enter recovery or bootloader

Hello, I recently had the xposed framework on my rooted (but on stock rom) HTC one. I removed the framework, but when I restarted my phone, it got stuck at the logo screen and will not enter recovery from power + vol down, nor restart. What can I do to break out of this? It is not a cycle where the phone keeps booting, rather in just stays in one state.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: When I hold the power + vol down keys, the back and home lights flash but nothing happens

Wha...how...I have no idea why this works, but it does, that's amazing!
However, it still freezes when i reboot. What do you suggest? Reflash the stock rom? I've read some thread that say an "erase cache" via ADB is necessary?
Reflash stock rom. If you removed framework, then it wont boot

Thank you both very much! Just wanted to say after sideloading the rom in TWRP everything is running okay!

[Q] HTC One M7 S-OFF or S-ON

:crying:Hi All, I am embarrased to ask this but:......
When installing RevolutionHD and using Aroma I picked the wrong option when I got to the question of S-OFF or S-on. The handset is actually S-ON and I chose S-OFF at installation the consequences being that I am now stuck at the recovery menu. I can move between the options but if I pick on them they do nothing except go back to the boot menu.
I guess I'm ging to have to install a RUU for T-Mobile.
Can anyone offer any advice on this like is there a simpler way.
JUST STUCK and want my phone back please.
Power off your phone by holding down power button for 10 to 20 seconds.
Then press power button and hold down volume button (together)
Then select recovery and restart the flash procedure

If you hold the power button for 2 seconds the menu should pop up. Or try flashing a custom recovery.

Worked for me. Thanks a lot but can you please suggest me something? I'm experiencing some lag on my HTC One after update (from 4.2.2 to 4.3). I've cleared cache from recovery, is it okay or do I need to apply factory reset as well?

4.4 is faster than 4.3 unlock your bootloader and install a custom recovery and a Rom
