Hello,
I've searched this forums a bit, but its hard to find some basic themes.
I'm looking for a theme that replaces some icons to the SGS2 icons, an extended power menu and the CM7 battery icon. Maybe the clear glass unlock but since JVU this is standard?
I used this theme http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1261080 which was perfect for me, cause it was basic and just had everything i wanted. The only problem is i think this guy wont update it anymore, cause there have been some request since JVZ, JW1 and now JVU, but still no responds..
Then i started looking and found this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1405380 This looks ok, but i have some questions if it will not use extra RAM wich will slow my SGS down a little bit?
But if i will use this mod, i'm still looking for the SGS2 icons and the CM7 battery icon..
So in short: Can somebody help me to find one theme that has SGS2 icons + extended menu +CM7 battery (+ clear glass)
OR a different way to only flash SGS2 icons, flash CM7 battery, that i can combine with the 9lockmod mentioned above?
(all compatible for latest JVU)
Thank you!!

Hey out there
Is there any Mod for the Villainrom 12 to show the battery percentage like here?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=723356
Would be very nice
BUMP --> Yes, I am looking for this mod as well!
To be honest, I actually had it on one of my installed Roms... I believe it must have been Villainrom 10.3, under the settings of Rosie Config, but am not quite sure.
Anybody an idea why Rosie Config ceased to excist? I thought it was a beautiful little project!
Just in case anybody else might be interested in this:
Rosie config is apparently a villainrom only feature... Good for them, pity for me
On the desire forums there is a thread where some people put a lot of effort in the battery percentage thingy, I recently Pm'ed somebody me framework-res.apk which should hold the answer...
ok if he answer pls. tell us (me) ok?
Thx

Ok so i was searching around on the Desire thread and stumbled across this thread..http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=775970.
As far as i can tell it does not work on stock based ROMS.. but it is suppose to work on most versions of CyanogenMod.. I will most likely be trying it out soon and will report back afterwards..
I've used it a few times with sense roms but it doesn't allow you to change much, just the notification bar really.
It works on sense. I changed the battery icon and the boot screen animation.
Okay I stand corrected. This does work for stock ROMS.. Though its not quite an entire theme.. It is a nice and easy way to change notification icons, battery icon and status bar..
Hello Everyone
I've finally flashed to the official stock XWJVH after waiting weeks for Meteor to release the update. Since I'm not on Meteor, nor reside in Ireland (phone was bought off eBay) I finally gave up and flashed my phone. This means that it is Odexed as far as I am aware.
To root the phone I flashed using the CF-Root kernel which added Tweaks, CWM and of course SuperUser.
I was looking forward to the overscroll glow and CRT lock animation that vanilla Android has, but am disappointed to find these were not included.
I've searched the forum, but can only find these these 2 mods included with things like the battery percentage and extended power menu (which puts me off - no offence to the developers)
Are there any ways to manually add the overscroll glow and the CRT animation without the other mods that I do not want?
Apologies, but I am new here so if I've posted in the wrong sub-forum etc. please feel free to tell me off
Thanks
Jordan
All the mods are there. Please search again. You'll find threads similar to yours as well, which have been answered before.
Thanks!
Will take a look again and if I find what I'm looking for, I'll conveniently add to the end of this post in case someone else comes across it
Ah have just seen something called the UOT Kitchen.
Once all the Gingerbread men have been made and the queue is open again, I will bake my own customisation.
Any objections to using the UOT Kitchen let me know before I go ahead?
Thanks
Ah, looks like the Kitchen method didn't work.
Any suggestions?
The UOT Kitchen is only good enough for the Overscroll Glow Mod. The CRT Off Animation Mod is available in one or more threads here. If you even looks through my posts, I posted links to another person's thread asking the same, just a couple of days back.
Here you go:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=14421978
Thanks for the link.
I finally tried the one where it was called ElectronBeam (instead of CRT animation).
Followed the steps using APK manager, installed update and voila! My phone now acts like one of those old TV's when they turn off.

^ that's what I had used, minus the step where it says to use tw-framework as dependency.
hey guys im new to a captive, im a former iphone user so please take it easy on me, ive looked all ove r thi site and not found my answer, so here it goes.. i have a captivate, on 2.3.4 darkysrom 10.2 using launcherpro. and i am trying to figure out how to get the puzzle peice lock screen for my phone, ive seen it aroung just cant figure out how to get it.... can anyone help? thanx,
Do u have a lock screen menu in settings?
Sent from my Captivate using XDA Premium
.
no it does look like it
Lockscreens reside in the android.policy.jar file, not an easy customization unless you know what you are doing.
Added: Search of puzzle lock in Darky's rom thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/search.php?searchid=83668651
then there is this [THEME]10locks + JKAYS + 7 scrollable TOGGLES (SYMPLY STYLE) for ALL JVQ roms
Darkyy removed all the lockscreens for some reason because of the instability it was causing him.
However they are still embedded in the framework you just need to use this App called EDT.
Heres a nice guide from a DarkyROM team member:
http://www.darkyrom.com/community/index.php?threads/mod-edt-tweaks-app-for-darkyrom-10-2-guide.4348/
puzzle lock
thanx guys got it figured out
Hi everyone.
First. I sucks at english, but i hope its ok =)
Ive bin searching alot for people with the same problem as i have.
i use a stock rom for my optimus 2x but with another kernel, and then i wanted to install
Transparent stock lockscreen http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1167037
and
Best battery percentage mod Without Toggles in the status bar
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1284727
My problem is that if i install the transparent lockscreen it runs smooth, but when i install the battery mod, the lockscreen is not transparent anymore ..
And if i start to install the battery mod, and then i install the lockscreen after, i loose the battery mod :S
Is it because its 2 different framework mods?
And is there any way that i can join the 2 of them together so it looks like this

Hope you guys can help me =)
