Which Roms?

I think I have posted this in the right part but anyway I just wanted to know if any of you know which Roms are best for our lovey phone the xperia x8

Froyobread. Almost bugless IMO. Fast + Nice features.

Or GingerDX! It's bugless GingerBread ROM with the features of FroyoBread and 3MP camera! Also MiniCM7 is nice and for everyday use!

yeah i know that they all work hard to make the roms but i want to know which will run on our phone the best and which are the least buggyest!

there is not the best ROM
for each user is another ROM the best

I use MiniCM7 and I really apreciate it.
A lot of features as OC and Undervolt, a lot of possibilities. After a little configuration I also got a nice battery time, I'm really satisfied with it

I've tried FroyoBread and GingerDX. Both are smooth and fast.
I used the latest version of FroyoBread and v008 and v010 for GingerDX.
Try them.

ginger dx v011 i have used both froyobread and ginger dx. And in my opinion ginger dx wins in so many ways. I dont use gdx v012 because of doixanh removed map's and i use this app alot.
but they are both very good fast and smooth.
with doixanh you cant go wrong

froyo roms are gud for daily use and stable
search the forum... and choose for urslf cos opinions differ

Froyopro 1.1 is both stable and fast was using
Gingerdx but drained my battery to quick
Have fun and good luck.

you can try Ginger Cruzt. Fast smooth and powerfull

Gingerdx v21 + alfs kernel.

Try GingerDX 2.3.5. Search on youtube. I am using it now and it works smoothly with working camera.

You can try using mini cm7 by nobodyatall

Try GingerXperia v15 with stock kernel, I find it the best Gingerbread ROM out there. It even feels smoother than froyopro which is CM6. Try it and you never need to change to another Gingerbread or Froyo ROM

gebgerxperia v20 it` very smooth and fast and no error every thing work perfictly

GingerDX + Alf´s Kernel

froyopro + stock Kernel , enjoy

Ive tried many roms and now I can recommend the old cm6 here

it have super battery life and gaming performance
it have options for OC and UV
the only disadvantage is that there arent many themes for it

I have W8 and i have used Gingerdx v21 which is very good and the best one,however i had to do some terminal work and ax8mt.ko file to get the pinch to zoom work. However now i am using GingerXperia V22 which is awesome too. This one gets the pinch to zoom work flawlessly and also Timescape has been added. Looks very cool.

If you can live with froyo use minicm6, It is bugless and very fast

Gingerxperia for me!!!
Stromix is too slow

FroyoPro v1.1 or try a new 2.1 Eclair with X-mini and couple other stuff included

Well, GDX is the best for me ...
BEST ROM EVER !!!

Can i play the game without any lag with newer GingerDX are sure, Deadspace,NOVA and Other games included

Hmm Yeah Finally Installed the GingerDX V22 on X8 , now i should Overclock the Device...

Try GingexDX V028b + Alfs Kernel V09a ... I have tried many GingerBread ROMs with different Kernels and this is the BEST possible combination I have seen...even without OCing. Also, I don't see any bugs there...seriously
It's worth giving a try...hope I helped! :laugh:

2340 in Antutu benchmark OC'ed @ 748
Plays all games smoothly (Turbofly 3D, Tiger Woods 2012, Angry Birds, FM 2012)

I tried GingerDx 028b but it is not much faster, sometimes my phone get's hanged, Which ROM suits for x8 ?

There's no such thing as a "Fast Rom" I personally jump around from Rom to Rom to test which one suits me the best.

For me nAa+PHD 9 :good:

Whichever you think is fast
For me all roms are fast in their own way
I think GDx is fast but you think it's laggy
It really depends on you and your usage

Froyopro 2.2
Presto 2.3
MiniCM9 4.0.4

KArakuzu001 is the fastes!!!

I use GingerDX 028b and have no performance issues with it-every thing seems smooth to me-especially Nemus Launcher. Maybe you should try playing around in the performance settings-as long as you know what you are doing. Alternatively your could try out GingerXperia- i have heard it is fast.

GingerCrutz for Stock Kernel was the fastest rom.
Currently on GingerDX v28b and its feature loaded

Some guys told me that Froyo Pro 1.1 is the light weight os for x8, i tried to download it but i couldn't find the link. So if any one knows the link Please share it.

for me the fastest and stable Rom is
kuyadroid 4. 5. 4
i tried it after gingerdx, gingerxperia, and gingercruzt.
it's awesome

Vanilla droid v2+ nAa 13 . Fastest 4 me now

I used JB Mini by Davee and it's pretty fast.
I currently use LinuXperia 11 by alessiocerci and all his Team with Alfs V08b
