just copy them to any folder from the sd card and use them from gallery (u don't need to copy them to original wallpapers)

Guessing the answer to the OP question (without rooting) is yet to be answered?

Well, there's Volume+. I have used it on CM10 and on stock 4.0.4 (before XXLRT, which improved the sound very much that I don't even use Volume+ anymore).

Try Speaker Boost (https://play.google.com/store/apps/...m1vYmkub21lZ2FjZW50YXVyaS5TcGVha2VyQm9vc3QiXQ..) dude... I'm using it and I can say, it sometimes tears my eardrum apart when I use this app to play music on my phone.

To decompile system ui... U can use wanams apk manager.
Or if you just want to change some pngs... Then you can extract the apk using 7z.
The change the pngs and past it back to original apk by opening it using 7z and replacing the pngs.
For xml edit u will need apk mamager

So to decide where to put the timeclock, i gt to edit the .xml file with apk tools, or similars right?

I'm not so very sure but I guess it should be in the layout folder in one of the xml files of system ui
