[Q] CM7 + Overclock kernel + recovery?

Hi All,
On a GT-p1000, what is the best possible way to install CM7 + Overclock Kernel + CWM recovery?
I can install CM7 via heimdall script in the first post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=931857
However what kernel can I use that has CWM and Overclocking available?
Does Karatos kernel work ok with CM?

[Q] Flash New Kernel

I am on with Criskelo V7 Rom. About the Phone-Build Number IML74K.XXLQ3 Kernel [email protected]#3.Rom Version CriskeloRom Note ICSv07.
Now I would like to know whether shall I keep this kernel or flash kernel speedmod #3.3 over this kenel, if so how to flash?. Which is better Kernel? . suggestions are appriciated. Further Can I flash this file 'Tema%20dorado%20Drako%20V7' to get golden theme? is it safe?

Go to speedmod k3-3 thread and download the zip files and flash it in CMW recovery.

what are the prereqs?
do need to root? flash CWM? custom Rom or stock rom?
installation Procedure pls!
i really have no idea pls help!

You need to root, flash cwm and flash the rom through cwm. Instructions on flashing the rom are given on its thread. Instructions on rooting are given as a sticky in the general page. Good luck.
