Customize dimensions of your leather beltcase

As I use my HD2 with a gel case, I can't use a normal leather case which are to tight to fit my HD2. I found on ebay a seller who will make a custom case with the dimensions of my HD2 with gel case. Besides the dimensions of your phone you can customize your case in different ways, even with your own words engraved.
I didn't have to pay more then the normal price for a leather case for a HD2.
I think this could be very useful info for everyone who has a gel skin on his HD2. Ordered mine today and will give feedback when my case arrives.

I ordered this case and wasn't impressed. First one wasn't done with the right cutouts so they sent a second one. The belt clip on the second one wasn't tight around my belt and just kept falling off. Pretty much just gathering dust in my desk now.

Just received my leather case today. It's well made and a perfect fit. I've chosen the wider belt clip, it is holding tight on my belt, so no problems concerning the problems mentioned above. I think this leather case will not gathering dust in my desk.
This seller is also the only place so far as I know that makes custom leather cases from given dimensions.

[Q] skins and covers for slcd nexus s

as the slcd nexus s is a little thicker then the samoled version I would like to know if there are covers/skins who will fit the 9023(slcd) as well as the 9020. would be a bummer if I order some and notice it isn't the correct size. thanks!

I believe all cases should fit the 9023 fine because the width difference, although there is one, is extremely minimal. My suggestion is to look through all the case threads we have here. I would avoid full body screen protectors and hard cases, for now. One you might want to try is RearthUSA's ringke case which looks nice and is relatively flexible silicon. TPU cases may be a bit snug and end up scratching your phone instead. Check out the reviews.

As peeturr said, it should be fine. When I got the Vibrant, I bought a Galaxy S case and it fit great. There was a minimal different in size (2 of the 3 were different; length, width, height, forgot which of the two was different).
At the time, I bought a jelly/tpu case and a case like the Incipio feather that was originally for the first Galaxy S. Had no problems putting it on and off the Vibrant.

sprint nexus s 4 g case problem?

the sprint nexus s 4g is a credit cards thickness larger than the t mobile nexus s. do you think compatible cases will work for the nexus s 4g?

i can put a credit card behind my nexus and it still fits in its case....

I will have to say that tight fit cases won't work like the Ringke case (it doesn't fit the i9023 well). The Amzer silicone case might fit since it's pretty "stretchy," but the S shaped case probably won't fit.

the s shape case fits fine (about as snug as i9020 with zagg on it) also the casemate case fits fine. its really not that much thicker

I'm looking at trident case. They are a fairly snug fit. I'll just have to try it out lol

I have problems fitting my full-body Ghost-Armored Nexus S into molded cases so I'd assume a phone that was a full credit card thicker would have problems too.

Okay, I was just going by what someone said about the i9023 and Ringke case. Although even if it is a snug fit on the i9020, I wouldn't really recommend it to someone unless someone else said it was okay. Btw, were you talking about the i9023 or the Sprint's version? Don't want to confuse anyone else and I was a bit confused of which version you were talking about. Just wanted to make sure.

Leather carry case for note 2 with protective cover plus

Hi,
Anyone know of a horizontal leather carry case that will fit the phone with the protective cover plus on it? I've seen the XXXL case on the american amazon, but that's not over here in the UK that I can see, and I think it states it can fit the phone with the otterbox commuter case on which means I think it'd be a little too big for the samsung case?

i think that's what you're looking for.
it's a tight fit, but it will work.
i just tested it myself, and it's at the absolute limit of what the pouch can handle.

Holster suggestions

What works with that.... I tried to forget using a holster but i need one. I currently have a UAG case and i know what i can get but i have a new case coming. So suggest "universal" holsters

There are so many custom sized cases online its impossible to suggest one that will work for your new case. You are going to have to sit down and figure it out the hard way when you get the new case... Most custom universal type cases are pleather pouch type cases. The quality will vary greatly. Good luck! This is why the majority of people only buy cases that have optional holsters.

Too big for a holster in my opinion. I keep my Note 5 in my front right pocket with nothing else in the pocket. That way I can get it quickly and it is also protected.

I just got my uag case today and was able to modify my supcase holster a little bit to fit it. It actually works pretty well.

It's difficult to recommend a universal holster, because the holster usually is going to fit the case that comes with it. I had a platinum (best buy) brand holster, case and kickstand combo case. I'm not going to recommend it cause your looking for universal holster that should fit your UAG case. But It's the case I used to use. It didn't last long, I threw it away after about a week worth of use.

It you want to just use the phone in a holster without a case, this Encased Spring Clip holster sold on Amazon is fantastic.

I'm using a Ghostek Atomic 2.0 case and this. I'm sure your case would fit it. Comes in black too. Not really a holster as much of a pouch, but I love mine.
