XRecovery issue - XPERIA X8 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi there
i have alfs06 and just installed gingerDX v22
NOTE: I DIDN'T UPDATE CHARGEMON+VOLDS (if i do this i wont be able to go into Xrecovery)
so..
when i am in XRecovery and try to install FroyoPro v22 i get this:
Finding update package...
E: can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /dev/block/mmcblk0)
device or resurce busy
E: can't mount SDCard Recovery/Backup/X8FroyoPro22byIrakkar
what should i do ? if i update Chargemon+volds i wont be able to get into XRecovery so provide me another solution pls

Flash back to Stock, root, install xRecovery, install FroyoPro from there?

But then i will have SEMC and not alfs

Flash back to Stock, root, install xRecovery, install Alfs, install FroyoPro.
Better now?

nvm i installed nAa kernel thanks

[Q] FDExperience

Hello,
I have problem with my installation for FDExperience. I have a SE W8 and I am currently running it on GingerDX. I wish to try FDExperience but when I try to flash it using xRecovery it says
Install from sdcard...
Finiding update package..
Opening update package..
E: Can't open /sdcard/update.zip (bad)
Installation aborted.
Please I need some help with it..
You may try to download file again coz it might be damaged, when you enter xrecovery you should choose install from zip (not update zip) and go to folder where youv been saved it
Sent from my E15 using XDA App
Instal as custom zip or rename to update.zip .......

i am now using 2.2 rom which i flashed using a .bin flashtool. its even slower than my old 2.1 which i cant restore right now
btw, i rooted it visa superoneclick

at the last step of installation (after OS boot)
i see this message at the adb log

Try factory resetting and than the exe recovery and root from within recovery. It took me 2 times to get it working error free.

Problem with kernel (2.6.32.61 and 2.6.32.60)

My goal was to install the ROM JB-4.1.2.
I've rooted my phone with flashtool, uncloked the bootloader also with flashtool and since then everything went great.Next step which wasn't hard at all was to flash the kernel via flashtool and it also happened with great result. The problem appeared when I was turning phone on, the system haven't turned up and my phone had showed only CWM Recovery.I knew that something went wrong but I made full wipe, cache and dalvik cache and installed JB-4.1.2. The CWM has said that system has been installed but when I've tried to boot phone JB didn't show up; again there was only CWM.
I've tried few times the procedure ( installing stock 2.1 android from Update Service, rooting phone with Flashtool, and flashing the kernel) but I'm facing the same problem with CWM.
Maybe I did something wrong, but don't know exactly what; or maybe my phone is not suitable for kernel?
I'm waiting for help!
Did you format the partitions before flashing the rom?
Yes, I did and nothing has changed.I again saw a screen with CWM and under options to choose at CWM I had a message from CWM like that:
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
Can anybody help with that odd problem?
