After installing Language Pack my device is faster ?!?

Hello,
1. Sorry for my bad school english - It´s 10 years ago - but i think you will understand me....
So i´ve upgrading my device in sept. this year and it works. But i´ve problems with the speed. Today i´ve installed the german language pack.
After Soft-Reseting and see that the language work fine, i started programs. The speed at starting was 2x faster than before. I tried to call me while my mdaIII is in standby - The phone rings at second ring on my basephone. Not at third or fourth - much faster than before language pack. Is this normal, is there someone other with same behaviour. ? I don´t think this is normal. Now the device is workable - only i wish is a BT-Fix.

Hello - I´m again:
I´m very happy now - Scrolling in Contacts, File Explorer and other programs in realy good speed - pushing on green button phone programs is started quickly <0,5 second - i´ve now enabled all sounds (before update i disabled because of speed problems - now there are no speed problems. I don´t know why, and i also know this is unnormal but at my device it works.
Okay not in language pack:
german keyboard driver - (qwertz)
by canceling SMS-written the question and possible Answers(Yes/No) are in english
- Another problem i´d. When installing mms it will abort with digital signature failure - does anyone help?

How to: Change TF3D Cities language from English to others?

Hi everyone,
Just spend almost entire day in the forum searching for answers. Quite a fruitful day as I have managed to gain more understanding from the experts here on rom cooking, tweaking and language changing.
But up til now, there is only one thing that bothers me.
It is about the weather tab in the TF3D. Apart from this, all the rest are showing a different language specified by me (Chinese). Only the cities names are in English.
Which files should I alter to translate the cities names to Chinese or any other preferred language?
(TF3D Config doesn't work on this & basically my entire rom have been translated to chinese, other than this part)
Please kindly advice.

Perhaps will Chinese be supported (by editing your database with chinese caracters ?).

In near lock-step the current generation’s two leading Windows Mobile sliders have received ROM updates. Both are rather minor, so it may not be worth the disruption of a hard reset, but of course if you are experiencing the problems fixed by the updates it may be worth it.
For the HTC Touch Pro fixes for the following problems provided:
* The display of TouchFLO 3D sometimes may appear cracked.
* When taking a picture, the auto focus function may malfunction in some circumstances.
* In some circumstances, the preview screen will become black after taking picture.
* In some circumstances, the device may hang while loading TouchFLO 3D.
* When hanging up a phone call, sony-ericsson-xperia-x1_1there may be a delay in the display response.
This is a generic ROM available for the following languages: English (Pan Europe and UK), Italian, Dutch, German, French, Finnish, Portuguese and Spain.
For the Sony Ericsson Xperia the update seems to provide minor fixes and speed improvements.

...AFAIK there is no ufficial update yet for Italian ROM, neither form SE nor from PavelX1 grabs.

[Q] Word Definition For Newbies

Sorry I'm just a newbie here and I was bit confuse in some words, could someone please give the meaning or definition of the following words:
WWE
cook
kitchen

- WorldWideEnglish (language of the system)
- cook = person who makes/compiles a rom, adding ingredients (apps, settings) to his taste.
- kitchen = software to build plus ingredients

"to cook" also means "to build"
