[Q] Stop displying full message headers in email body?! - Galaxy Tab Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I just picked up a Tab 10.1 and I'm having an issue with email synced with my Exchange account. Every message displays the full header at the top of the message and it's included in my replies/forwards.
Is there any work around for this using the stock mail app? I don't see anything in settings ...

General usage bugs/annoyances (some more WM platform than Diamond tbh)

* 'New Mail' envelope icon on status bar: this is displayed when you get a new email, and disappears when you either acknowledge it (clicking it, then view or dismiss) or you go into the Inbox itself. However - in relation to an DirectPush Email ActiveSync Exchange Server connection - if you read or delete the email on another system while this is correctly reflected in the Inbox and on the TF3D interface (ie. mail showing as read / the counter not indicating there are any unread emails) the little envelope icon stays in the status bar and has to be acknowledged or the Inbox opened for it to go away.
* Calendar reminders: in a similar-ish vein to the above, if I set a calendar reminder on an appointment (say a 5 minute prior reminder for a 10:00am meeting) then on both my laptop Outlook and Diamond the reminder will pop up at 09:55am. However quite often I'll acknowledge this on my laptop with my Diamond still in my pocket, or perhaps the other way round in that I'll be away from my desk and I'll acknowledge this on the Diamond, yet when I then go to look at the other device it's still telling me about it - so I end up getting reminded twice or in some cases more (use web mail too!). Maybe this is just me but once I've been reminded from one medium then I'm good.. no need to keep hassling me!!
* TF3D email tab: when returning to the tab after deleting or moving the email that was previously on view (ie. moving to the tab, seeing your new email sticking out of the envelope, going to the inbox to read it, deciding the email is a load of rubbish and deleting it, closing the inbox) then the next email in the list sticks out of the envelope although only the header has text - no start of the message body (similar to if the email had HTML content). To fix this you then have to either scroll to the next email then back again, or move away to a different TF3D then back again. Bug has been there since TF3D release - how can it not have been fixed by now?!
* TF3D email tab again: no 'delete' option on the right softkey menu - surely the most useful option??! It's very unlikely I'd want to either reply or forward an email that I haven't read (when scrolling to the TF3D email tab on receiving a new message), I can do that from within the messaging application once I've opened it up to read, but quite often I can see straight away that a message is fit only for the recycle bin and would like to just delete it without having to open it.
I'm sure there are many many many others however as I use my Diamond primarily as my 'portable Outlook client' then these are the ones that annoy me hour-by-hour!

[Q] Email notification but no new mail

I use the Email app (Vegan 1.5.1) to check a pop email account. I get the new mail notification from it even when there's no "new" mail (i.e., I get mail, touch the notification to see the mail, and close the email).
I'm thinking it might be because some of them are unread, however, it would be nice if it only notified when there was actual new mail. Which I'm pretty sure is what the Gmail app does (I haven't noticed the same problems).
Is there any way to fix?
yea its because some of them are unread. Happens to me on my gtab and my droid 2

[Q] Incoming email text missing

I've Samsung Galaxy Note (Android 2.3) and 2 mail accounts. I tried POP and IMAP but sometimes I received email - if I look at it in preview in list of emails, I can see text from sender (first few words), but if I open the email, this text is not there. It happens when somebody replies to me (not always), then I can see hos text only in preview, but in mail, there is only my original message without his reply. Tried deleting account, creating new settings, using both IMAP or POP, but still same. If I check thos message by webmail, there is text with reply message correct. Also tried K9 mail program but no change.

Default mail app doesn't show notifications for new mail outside inbox

I successfully configured EAS (Exchange ActiveSync) for my business email.
I'm experiencing a problem though - there's no new mail notification if the message arrives outside inbox.
For messages that arrived in the inbox, notifications work.
The messages DO get pushed/synced in both cases.
If the message arrives directly to another folder I see the msg count increment in the folder list (thus push works) but there's no notification.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Just to clarify, I know other folders beside inbox don't sync (push or periodic check) per default so I specifically enabled push for a certain folder.
I'm running CM10.2 (Android 4.3) nightlies.
Email and Exchange apps (com.android.email, com.android.exchange) are version 4.1 and 5.0 respectively.
