i currently have OVERCOME but it doesn't have hebrew.

It is not working clearly in any ICS ROM. But only it works in Elite's Sony Arc Beta2 exactly. Can anyone extract this goodness to their future rom development.

Is there a CM7.2 based rom out there that supports Estonian? I have tried many but none of them support it. OR is there a way to add a language to a rom?
Stock based ROMs have Estonian but CM7.2 is a must have for this old phone
