The best recommendations is to use the latest recommended version from the same development team as your ROM. FroM your post I see you are using a team EOS ROM, so I would go the the original post for that rom and follow the links. In the the case of EOS, the latest Verizon is 10.4.
Thanks! I am using the last Gapps from EOS Team and every checking for new updates.

I'm struggling with this as well because my rom has the gapps bundled in a way that titanium can't find the apk to uninstall, the apps aren't connected properly to the market, and I can't update. It's really frustrating. A general purpose gapps zip would be really nice

Can someone running the 4.0.3 OTA pull the gapps and related libraries/config files out (see koush's ics gapps as an example http://download.clockworkmod.com/test/gapps-ics-20111128.zip)
I've built a 4.0.3 rom for the gnexus but there appear to be issues with the older gapps.
thanks

Are there any Change logs for the Nightly Builds?
Basically now they're a part of the official CM repository, and hence we'll be getting latest changes automatically without the need of someone rebuilding the ROM manually. Plus N7000 is now officially supported by CM.

Please post all questions in the Q&A section
Did anyone tried that already? I'm stuck with 1.4 TeamRom which works pretty well and took me ages to get running (knock knock knock - no brick), so I don't want to go through that again
I always used nightly builds as daily ones, but what about this one?
Thanks
Installed and works.
The only bug for me is USB Storage not working. Only MPT or PTP work on my device.

Thnx for the share cheers ...!!
hi guys. i have some questions. i was thinking about flashing paranoidandroid rom, JB version. i think of flashing cm9 first. here's the first question, how do i flash it? can i flash it from custom sammy firmware, rocketrom v12 with hydracore? or do i have to downgrade to gb and then flash it?
also, what's the difference between imilka's and utacka's versions of paranoidandroid?
As long as you are on a safe kernel like hydracore there shouldn't be a problem.
Utacka's version is updated daily with the latest cm10 merges.

I answered this in the PA thread you posted, just copied and pasted?
But its good, rather here than in rom threads
Sent from my GT-N7000 using XDA Premium app
To flash a jb rom,its not required to flash cm9
If you are on any ics rom, simply flash hydracore kernel and then flash jb rom through cwm
Utacka provides latest nightlies while imilka provides only stable versions

The essential gapps are already in like the Chrome, Contact & Calender Sync and the Google Play Store
So no need to download

Good initiative, I never understand why gapps weren't in the different aosp rom.
Because it isn't legal!
See the old entry from 2009 from a Google manager in this blog explaining that the Google apps aren't released as Open Source.
That resulted in removing the Google apps package from CyanogenMod since then (after a cease-and-desist letter from Google sent to the CyanogenMod team around Steve Kondik in 2009).
So I think the makers of this Rom published in XDA should follow the normal procedure and remove the Gapps. Not sure if XDA could get into problems because of sharing a ROM that includes the Gapps.

That's true
I didn't know that so we could provide gapps in a separate zip and flash it but not directly in the rom. That's weird but if it's the way Google want it

And as a result it's only a minor obstacle.
If Google would say "no go" for using Gapps the free Android implementations would lack important functionality.
So installing Gapps as a separate zip after the Rom isn't really time consuming.
For sure
Great work welcome

due to a PM from the XDA Staff yesterday I updated the ROM without Google Apps because it can lead to legal actions hope you guys understand...
You can find the Lightweight Google Apps in the Download section on the Codename Lungo Website....
Also I think the GPS bug is fixed. Let me know
