I have a Samsung Fascinate, unrooted.

they are all in your framework-res.apk you can use 7-zip to open go to res/drawablw-hdpi inside are you emo icons and you can replace them there

My Boot Animation

If on BAMF or others that support this directory copy zip to
/system/media/
If on stock rooted or similar
rename to
VZW_bootanimation.zip
copy to
/system/customize/resources/

Today i have found this cool thread about to make your settings tabbed and with swipe enabled,the op has given link to an Galaxy forum where u can see it as example incl. attached downloads for Galaxy.Im very lazy so just tested the cm10.1 version on my l5,have extract the zip and moved the settings to sytem wth permission rw-r-r-,and it worx perfect,look my screenies.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THIS INSTALLED THEN USE A ROOT BROWSER TO DELETE 1ST THEN BOOT TO RECOVERY AND FLASH...EITHER THAT OR EXTRACT ZIP AND PUSH TO SYSTEM/APP FOLDER AND DELETE OR RENAME ORIGINAL. THAT'S IT. IF YOU HAVE TROUBLES FLASHING THIS THEN YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS FLASHING ANYTHING AND NEED TO STUDY!
