I just bought a pair of headphones with a remote and microphone, however it doesn't work with [K]inetx. I rebooted into stock to see if it worked, and it did.
Does anyone use a wired remote and have it working with a custom rom? Or does anyone know where I can find information on making a patch so I can get it working with [K]inetx?
Thanks,

I'm new at this, but i've scanned over and read everywhere looking for a solution, but to get to the point, is there anyone that has found a stereo bluetooth headset that works on the A7?
I bought a GoGroove Airband headset in hopes that it would be compatible, it says it's A2DP, and the Elocity website says that devices with that profile should work. I'm currently using Dexter's 1.2, and i've tried the official firmware release from elocity as well with no success. Most all of the bluetooth devices with the exception of my Samsung cellphone have been in the "Paired but not connected" loop. It essentially just keeps trying to reconnect.
Am i doing something wrong or is this maybe something that can be fixed in a later mod from dexter
Sorry to make this drag out but I would just like to know if anyone has been able to get their bluetooth headsets/devices to work and what devices/brands they used or tried.
Thanks in advance

I have been using the Motorola S305. It connects briefly the first few times but eventually on the third or fourth try the connection sticks.
Ive been wondering about those, but from what I have read, only the headphone (stereo) part would be a2dp compatible. The mic parts probably use HFP, HSP or AVRCP.
I picked up this headset because of you. I love it! Big ups brother!
motorola knockoff S9 doesn't work.
I have 3 s9/hd from dealextreme.com. $22ea. They pair but do not connect. Insignia headset works great, as does motorola dc800 and sony car stereo.
The Firmware Update from 2/24/11 has resolved the issue with the GoGroove Airband headphones. They now Pair and connect without problems.
I have been using Insignia NS-BTHDP Bluetooth from best buy (I think you still can get them on ebay) and they work fine, I am using dexter mod 1.1
I have s9 HD from moto they work just fne and I'm using dex 1.3

i have been trying to pair my bluetooth, it will pair but it will not connect, i have stereo earhugger headset, (hfblu-sth3), my tablet is updated but i keep getting the run around from elocity about the problem, the bluetooth is every thing they required so what is going on? please help
Any of you guys, who experience problems with your bluetooth headsets? I've got a Plantronics Discovery 925, which i've have paired, but the sound want passthrough it. When i pair it, it normally doesn't ask for the passcode, but have gotten it to, but either if it get the passcode or not, it's only working if i make a call directly after pairing it. After that, all other calls aren't pass through. I'm running on MaDaCo custom rom, but the problem was the same on stuck rom.
Works perfect A2DP using my Bury Hands free car kit 9020
seems like i got i working, have updated my baseband, but don't know if that could have had an effect on it. But quite happy to get it working
I have an HP x4000b bluetooth mouse that works fine on stock and blur roms. cm11 and aokp roms dont work. same result with both is it attempts to pair and seems to pair successfully but never goes to a connected state. more than happy to help with dumps and testing and such. can someone lead me in the right direction?
Hi all,
The headphone port on my TP is broken and I'm on CM 10.1 Snapshot which wouldn't work with my bluetooth headphones, I could pair them but when I wanted to use them with Netflix or YouTube the sound kept coming out of the speakers even though the "media audio" option was ticked . I did a full uninstall of Android installed Evervolv AOSP Android 4.3.1 JB (20140129) and had exactly the same problem with that ROM. I know the headset works fine as I have it paired and working perfectly with my Samsung Note II.
I can keep trying different ROMs and versions of ROM's but I'm hoping someone here can tell me which of the (relatively) stable ROMS works best with Bluetooth?
Cheers,
Ben
