Hi, So I have a rooted galaxy tab and i tried to flash a rom using the clockworkmod(app) which you get with root.
afterwards when i flashed the rom the tablet went into the recovery mode and restarted and now is stuck on a bootloop, no matter whatever i try the tablet is not getting into the clockworkmod recovery....
please tell me how do i fix this problem and how do i install a working clockworkmod recovery
Thank you.
please tell if i missed out anything.
The only mode that i can go into is the download mode
i'd say you need to get into download mode...(vol down button and power button at same time), flash your stock rom and kernel and start the process all over again. if you need more help, you're gonna need to tell us what kind of tab ya got, what you weren on before you flashed, etc. all is not lost, hang in there.

[Q] Boot Loop with no recovery or download mode (R&D mode fixed, stuck in Boot Loop)
HI Guys
Need some help, I've been searching the previous post of similar problems but nobody seems to have my issue.
The story so far, I was updating my wife's GalaxyS i9000 Kernel with the latest version of CF-Root. (It was running stock version of Eclair 2.1) I couldn't get into download or recovery mode before the flash, so i used ADB to force it into Download mode then used Odin to update the PDA file. It all worked ok then i rebooted the phone and that is where the problem started. It just gets stuck rebooting to the GalaxyS GT-i9000 Screen over and over and over again. I've tried the 3 button recovery or download option and that doesn't work. So i am at a loss everyone. Any Ideas? I was thinking i might need to make up a usb jig.
Any help would be much appreciated as this is my wife's phone so you can understand the stress!
Sounds like you are the lucky owner of an i9000 with a faulty SBL which prevents you using the 3 button combo.
If you can't get download mode you'll need a jig to recover it, then look into this to fix the 3 button combo.
Great it worked! So 3 button combo works, Do you have any ideas on how to get the phone out of the boot loop that it is stuck on without wiping user data like sms and stuff of the phone?
You were running rooted 2.1 correct? What did you flash in Odin that broke it?
*Might* be as simple as reflashing the right CF-root for your firmware.
Thats were i went wrong, i tried to root from stock to CF-Root-XX_UNK_JVQ-v3.7-CWM3RFS so i've been trying to find a stock version to go back too.
Link to Stock Firmware.

Since you are able to go to Download mode and use Odin, you can flash the entire firmware through odin. You can get the firmware from sammobile.com, in case you do not have 4.4.2 for your country then you can safely flash the Netherlands one. Keep the USB connected until the phone boots up
Hey guys as the title States I have my old d950 g flex that I ended up selling to a friend. The phone was rooted on the stock ROM, well all was good when I sold him the phone but being is a unlocked at&t phone when we got it did automatic ota updates which at that point bricked the phone. So now at this point the phone only boots to custom twrp recovery . shows the LG logo then goes straight to twrp every time. I've tried wiping the data, DAV cache, etc still to no avail to fix the boot. Now I've tried to get it into download mode so that I can flash it back to stock but the phone will not enter download mode. Every time it still goes to twrp. Is there a way to force it to Download mode so i can flash back to stock using rhe flash tool. And or even a way just to flash back to stock without the flash tool and download mode ? I've been searching and trying to get to work for days to no avail. So if you guys could help I'd greatly appreciate at the point were I'm about to just throw the phone in a fire and then have to give my friend his money so I'd really not want to do that lol so please help if you can. Thanks in advance
Try to go into download mode and reinstall your original d950 rom

Update:*** So after searching the internet for days finally found out this fix for bootloop (recovery or normal bootloop) because of the phone being stuck in twrp recovery upon boot it would not let me go into download mode. I did this fix.." http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/fix-stuck-custom-recovery-trying-ota-t2907508 "and phone immediately booted as normal then was able to flash back to stock using flash tool as ive been trying to do for days now so if anyone has bootloop issues forward to this thread
If you had CWM you could of downloaded a file that will force your phone into download mode.
So, I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy S5 G900h. I was trying to install a ROM, wich needed the PhilZ Touch Recovery, wich, as you probably know, in order to install it you must go into recovery mode. Thats when things started to go down. I wasnt able to boot into recovery mode, when i pressed VOLUME UP + HOME BUTTON + POWER, i got the samsung screen, and it didnt went off ever, unless i take the battery out. I tried everything (it wasnt the reactivation lock, i had it deactivaded), i was desesperate to get to the fricking recovery mode, so I found this app called QUICK REBOOT, wich allowed me to boot the phone in recovery mode by just selecting an option. So I did. Now my phone doesnt boot anymore, it shows the Samsung logo and it stays there forever. I have no idea what to do now, please help me :crying: im such a noob in these things

Use Odin to flash stock firmware back, then reflash the first custom recovery. Then boot to recovery and flash Philz. Then reboot recovery and flash the ROM.
Official firmwares can be found at www.sammobile.com/firmwares/

Thanks dude, I'll try that. I can download any firmware that is the same as my model right? Any firmware of the G900H
Yep, but it is best to use the one with the closest location to yours...that also speaks the same language.
