Lost root after update from 893 to 902 - Motorola Droid Bionic

I used RSD to go from 901 back to stock 893, did manual zerg root, and then flashed the 902 update, and lost root. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it back?
Update: this worked:
What I did was took 893 FZX file, unzip it, and then take the 902update file, unzip it, and copy the cdt.bin file from 902 to the 893 FZX. I then ran that with RSD 5.6, and that brought me back to 893. I then used rota893 from this thread http://rootzwiki.com/topic/13807-roo...3-aka-rota893/
That gave me 4ever root, and then I used stock recovery to run 902update. Everything worked for me.
But be warned that RSD will wipe the internal sdcard. Follow this post to avoid wiping.

ok so i have the current version 5.5.886 rooted and all when i try to install the the 5.5.893 update the phone beings the update process but it stops halfway the installation and i get the Triangle ans it stops the attempt
is your bionic fully stock? if so try this. grab the update from here and stick it on your sd-ext, enter stock recovery and install from their. if that doesnt work try the pathsaver method. if that doesnt work their are some threeds with other methods as well. if you have froze or deleeted any apps it will not install. you also cannot be on a custom rom. good luck

These are the instructions on how to get .901. I did this, this past weekend and royally screwed up my phone. I ended up saving it but it was a process. Follow these instructions very carefully and do this at your own risk. If your rooted I would got to the first link. Follow the instructions and reset your phone, root it using 43v3r root then flash .893, test root then flash .901 test root and it'll work. That's what I did. Two major warnings, 1. Make sure your battery is at 100% (when updating the phone runs off the battery even if it's plugged into the USB. A dead battery will brick your phone and leave you stranded). 2. When I finished every time I reboot I get flash error and have to boot into recovery and choose boot normally to get the phone to come up.
Good luck.

[Q] Stock Recovery

Okay so here's the deal starting at the beginning:
I bought a Revo 8(ish) months ago. A few months later, I decided to root. Then I went on to flash a custom ROM (GingerVolt). With the new OTA update, my phone started to spaz out. I decided to try to revert to stock so I could accept the update. I was able to download and flash the stock ROM, and then in my stupidity, rather than using AllInOne to unroot, I just used an app off the market. This left me with still having ClockworkMod Recovery installed. When I tried to OTA update, it just booted into CWM and told me that the update failed.
So my question is, how to I get stock recovery back on my phone so that I can get the update and get it back to out-of-box shape.
As you can probably see, I am not very knowledgeable about phones, acronyms, tech in general. If you know any way to help, please let me know in simple terms, step-by-step. Thanks in advance!
1) Boot into cwm, then flash stock rooted zv7
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1348637
2) Then using MTs AIO package, install stock recovery (option 5)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1348557
3) Follow the procedure in the new AIO thread to upgrade to ZV8 AND preserve root.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1566729
By the way, if you have lost root but still have CWM, then just run SuperOneClick to regain root before following the steps above.

Okay so just to make sure that I have this right...
1. I will need to re-root using SuperOneClick
2. The next step confuses me a little...I already have that exact ROM flashed (the one from the first link). Will I have to re-flash it?
3. Install stock recovery via MTs AIO package
4. OTA Update and I should be done?
Am I right or did I totally butcher he process?

tried this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1262540
but the dload links dont work.
Here's a download link to a FXZ .902
It worked fine with my RSD Lite.
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/21448-link-to-902-fxz-file/#entry578708
i found that and dloaded, when i open it in rsd the uncompress and start flashing option is unavailable, its not finding my device i guess?
Make sure the drivers are installed.
I had my phone in Fastboot when flashing the fxz.
and you have to click the phone and then start flashing
use this xml or the 902 fxz will wipe your internal sdcard http://db.tt/PqwZC2eT
