Try a phone that's not available here. Something European. If you go to www.Ebay.Co.Uk you can get some really good deals on UK phones. Even though the exchange rate isn't equal, they come out cheaper still. Try GSM hero, Hd Mini, tattoo, ect. Stuff along those lines are around your price range. If you want though, you can get a desire over their fot around $300-350. Much cheaper than in the US...

About the same as over here. It really only works with devices that weren't released over here. If your using Android, I would suggest a HD Mini. I really like the design of it and it's really cheap over there. But I would get a GSM Hero... Even though I like the Design of my nexus, I still prefer the Desire, Hero's, and Legends chins...

I got back on ebay and there telling me i owe them 187.68$ for listing charges...wtf? When i listed my last phone it told me like 4$ So i cant buy anything off ebay till that gets taken care of but i can still buy here on the marketplace atleast

How much did you sell it for?? I know they charge something around 6% or so of the sale price, then another 2.5% for paypal fees...

The final listing fee was only 30$ So i don't know where they get 190$ from

ending soon and the bid is at $53 so far.
When I signed up they gave me this coupon to give to friends, but I haven't used

P.S. Here is a little secret I'll pass on to you. Right now there is a glitch/hack
on the site that will allow you to block other people from bidding on the item.

last, I'm sure the site is working on fixing the glitch/hack.

gotta disagree on that, many user on xda for example put USD and EURO even tho they are in the UK. i do that on Ebay also.
Not being able to do it in person is generally a red flag for me that it's a scam. I couldn't care less if the message comes from the Queen of England.

craigslist is ok for local selling/purchasing of junk. The problem is that everyone wants to lowball your already low low price.
Example: I had a guitar that is worth $800.00 I put it up on CL for $400.00 and people were still trying to either trade it for firewood (i.e. junk guitars) or try and get it for $350.00.
But another good example is I had an Apple 3g - and I was able to sell it for $200.00 no issues. So essentially I had it for free for the 2yrs I owned it.
... so as long as your dealing local and your a hardass - its not bad for selling stuff. Just don't try and purchase out of your area.
And stay away from the personals (which I think they closed anyways) Thats where all the Chester's are hiding with their candies and ice cream.
craigslist is the place where you transact and get killed.
Its the greates place on earth for a high schooler to find used cars.

Meaning I got screwed or the guy who bought it did? Between you and me, I'm pretty sure I took him for a ride, it was probably only worth $200-250. I used it for a solid 6 months and it had a couple bumps and bruises.

Maybe, seems like the ones above $300 are either new or very new (within a month), I got mine the first day they went on sale. I'm happy with the 3 i got, maybe I could've gotten $350, but what's another $50.

I hope no one buys this device from retailers. If anything, retailers sell it for the same price as google will. I'll be purchasing the N4 in the next few months because i feel like they will pull another nexus 7 move and release a 32GB version in the next few months for the price of the 16GB Version. The Samsung logo is there on purpose to confuse consumer, people only know two brands, Apple and Samsung, most never even heard the name Android and can't grasp a concept of what an operating system is. So LG and Nexus are not enough buzzwords but a Samsung is. This retailer has horrible ethic.
