i957 CRT ON/OFF Animation? - Galaxy Tab 8.9 General

How difficult would it be to port the CRT ON/OFF animation from Skyrocket to i957?

Can anyone port over the touchwiz lockscreen over to the NS4G?
Touchwiz framework would be required for any touchwiz related features (lockscreen, camera, codecs etc.) It maybe possible to get this if dreamsforgotten finishes the tsm lockscreen port he's working on. I believe the original tsm port has 8 lockscreen options, gsII lockscreen included.
