[Q] Text color changes on specific app on HTC HD7

Hi,
I have the HTC HD7 T9292.
I have an app on it that i was testing - The app has a gradient effect (black-grey) background for all its pages.
If the theme settings of the HTC HD7 are set to dark, the title color in the app is seen as light grey and so is the text - both are visible.
However, when i change the theme settings to light, the title color changes to black, but the rest text remains light grey. Now since the background of the app is a very dark color, it is difficult to make out the title text.
Is this a problem in the application or in my phone ?
How can it be fixed if the error is in the app or phone ?
Please reply soon.
Thanks in advance.

I think what you are looking for is explained in 8.4.3.

Original plain white background for text messages

Is there a simple way to get back the original plain white background for text messages? Right now I have an all black background and white is not one of the options when I go to change the background.

download a plain white picture. google it or something.
then go to your stock messaging app.
MORE > Setting > Background and Bubbles
Now when your here. Look for and click on SQUARE "add your own picture" ICON on the BOTTOM LEFT CORNER.
Now find the picture and select it. It should be added. If I'm correct it will automatically giving a light dark film over it so it won't be pure white. IDK why it does this.
Hope this helped you.
Thanks ... But I did try that and it was like light gray, not white for some reason.

Strange Font Outline

Has anyone seen this font outline before. I've been through all my settings and cannot figure out how to make the letters a solid color. Any help is appreciated.
Turn off high contrast text in settings. It is under accessibility
Yeah. You've got the high contrast text selected. Go to settings>accessibility>high contrast text and toggle it off.
Thank you
