Have to tryed this from the faq?
Q: I have unlocked HBOOT 2.00.000 using the procedure at HTCDV.com and have installed a custom recovery and flash custom ROM xxxxxx, but it now hangs at the white HTC screen and won’t boot.
A: With the unlocked HBOOT 2.00.0000 the boot partition is mounted ReadOnly in Recovery mode, thus when you attempt to flash a custom ROM, the boot.img is not correctly updated.
You must manually extract the boot.img from the rom’s zip file and flash it in FASTBOOT USB mode.
1. Since you have an unlocked HBOOT 2.00.0000, then you have installed the Android SDK with adb.exe and fastboot.exe. Open the rom’s zip file and extract and copy the boot.img file to the same directory where adb.exe and fastboot.exe are installed.
2. Boot the phone into HBOOT by holding the Volume Down key and the Power key.
3. On the HBOOT menu select the FASTBOOT option.
4. Connect your phone to the PC.
5. From the PC type:
fastboot devices
6. You should see your device serial number output to the PC screen.
7. From the PC type:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
8. You should see the results of the boot.img being written.
9. From the PC type:
fastboot reboot
10. The phone should then reboot normally.

Have you got it working?
If not you could try flashing the boot.img. get the boot.img from the cm7 folder then but it in your android folder with your adb stuff. Then flash it from fastboot using commands.
Fastboot flash boot.img
I think that's what you would type? You might want to check.

I think i read your post regarding the same yesterday.
you did not that you have a custom recovery installed...
in this case you will not be able to flash the ruu as you are required to be stock with s-on
head over to arhd thread to get the closest experience to the stock rom.
download the arhd rom, flash in recovery

But I remember that I've did this before and reinstalled a stock ROM using RUU exe file, can't I do this now?
Does WWE ROM have Arabic language?
I am very depressed because of this problem, I want to have official HTC ICS ROM.

In order to install the ICS OTA after it has been downloaded, you will need to restore the stock HTC recovery and then relock your bootloader.

thanks tpbklake, i could relock the bootloader but I don't know how to have the HTC Recovery back instead of the current one, any guide to do this?
am quoting tpbklake here, listen to him, he's the best around here
Grab a RUU and extract the recovery.img file from the ROM.zip. Then flash the recovery image in FASTBOOT USB mode using
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Did you already relock the bootloader? You need to flash the stock recovery first, then relock the bootloader.
Did you extract the recovery.img file from the PG32IMG.zip file or are you just trying to have the bootloader flash the PG32IMG.zip?
The signature checking failure leads me to believe that the bootloader is locked/relocked.

How did you end up flashing the recovery? Did you use the PG32IMG.zip and copy it to your sd card or did you extract the recovery.img file and manually flash it?
If you used the PG32IMG.zip file then that probably changed the mainver value and that's why the OTA is not running.
Well guess what, my device is now crashed !, it is stock at the green HTC logo, I can not access anything except for the bootloader !.
i've installed the Android Revolution HD but it didn't work as well, my device is now in mess.

You never did answer my question about how you flashed the HTC stock recovery.
Anyway, If you unlocked your bootloader and reinstalled a custom Recovery and then attempted to install ARHD, did you manually extract and flash the boot.img file in FASTBOOT USB mode?
That may be all you need to do to get the phone booted.
Hey guys I badly need help!!! I was able to convert my HTC One GSM to Google Edition just last week, but today I want to restore it to its factory ROM so I can also restore the warranty. Now the problem became visible when I tried to flash a stock ROM (not the GPE ROM). Listed below are the problems I am facing at the moment:
1. Stuck in FASTBOOT USB, and cannot boot to ROM.
2. Can't boot to recovery. Everytime I highlight and select recovery the phone just shows up the "Google" logo, then vibrates, then back fastboot USB.
3. Factory Reset not working, again shows up "Google" then restarts to fastboot usb mode.
4. I ran cmd in sdk-tools, typed in "fastboot devices", and my phone is detected. But when I type "adb devices", my phone is not listed.
5. I tried flashing CWM or TWRP through fastboot in cmd but the reply is"remote: signature verify fail", as wellas flashing a RUU for my device.
6. On bootloader is written:
*** TAMPERED ***
*** RELOCKED ***

Guys I really badly need help to fix my phone. I don't wanna spend for repairs or throw it in the garbage. I am very sure there's a way to fix this and get it to work, but I am rookie in android as I've been an iOs user for a couple of years.

RUU Zip will be encrypted..you cant extract files from it
you have to download firmware files seperately...you can find them in android development section

Hi There,
I searched the threads available to the best of my ability, but im not sure exactly what im looking for. Purchased an HTC one used, flashed with cyanogenmod 10.2. When I tried to update it to 11, it soft bricked (im assuming) as it cant get past the recovery mode. I factory wiped it, in my ignorance thinking this would be able to fix the issue, boot up the stock rom. This cleared the OS so I was more stuck then I previously was.
I figured out how to push roms onto it, and I got the new android revolution rom on there, and when i install it, it says its successful as it goes through all the rom specific steps, but when it system reboots it goes back into this loop.
Are there any suggestions to get out of this? Should i somehow flash the latest RUU?
Thanks a lot I appreciate any help

You must use latest twrp version to flash arhd rom! 2.5.0.0 is very outdated.
Are you using a windows 8.1 computer? If yes then you miht have issue with fastboot.
and make sur your phone variant is M7_U or M7_UL in bootloader screen. (not a sprint version M7wls)
What is the hboot version in bootloader screen?
from the OP of arhd thread:

No, you'll need a custom recovery to flash a rom.
or
Use a ruu to restore back to 100% stock but you will need to post a ''fastboot getvar all'' to determine if this is possible.
What is going wrong?
You can also post screenshots of you terminal window when you get errors.

I have a HTC ONE M7 that's locked with Bell Mobility, I recently bought off some guy who rooted it to android revolution hd 71.1 running 4.4.2 , I wanted to convert it back to stock, so I followed this tutorial.
"YOUTUBE VIDEO: How to Unroot/Unbrick the HTC One to Stock BY qbking77"
First of all, I'm a complete noob at this, I've been using iPhone prior and this is my first android. I'm unaware of what the difference is with OTA RUU and normal RUU.
When I followed that tutorial I had done every step up to entering the command prompt "fastboot oem lock" the phone reset and now I'm at bootloader, being the idiot I am, in the video the guy had some .exe file to open but in my file there isn't any (btw the OS is 3.23.66.1) the link I downloaded was this:

I've tried getting out of the bootloader, but it keeps returning to there, please help I'm very scared! I just want to get back to the way it was and just pay someone to get it back to normal.

@Rembokz Any news? Is your phone booting to the stock rom now?
If yes, you'll also have to flash the stock recovery as the last step if you want to install updates.

Yes it works! I managed to access google play store, activate my google account, and download apps, all of which I couldn't do before. By flashing the stock recovery, does that mean I have to do that in order to make software updates such as Android Lollipop in the future? BTW, Thank you so much!

Yes and there are already newer versions than 3.23.666.1 so you should be able to update it after flashing the stock recovery.
The recovery file you need is here
save it in the same folder where you have adb and fastboot on your computer
reboot in bootloader/fastboot usb mode
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery_3.23.666.1.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot
then:
Settings --> About --> Software update --> Check now
Latest version for your phone should be 6.XX.666.X with HTC Sense 6 and Android 4.4.3 (there should be more than 1 update so repeat the same process after each update until it says: Your phone is up to date / There are no updates available for your phone)
Lollipop is expected to be released early 2015
BTW, Thank you so much!

Hey man I've gotten into some trouble, I got the update downloaded, called 4.19.666.8 and when I tried to install it it takes me to the blue menu TWRP and from there I don't know what to do.

You can't install updates with twrp recovery hence why I told you to flash the stock recovery in my last post
just hold power and volume down until you are back in the bootloader then flash the stock recovery
once the stock recovery is flashed reboot to android and re-check for updates.

The thing is is that it says I have no more updates available, despite it only being updated to 5.11.666.8
Maybe 5.xx.666.x is the latest for Bell...

Well, I hope so, thanks so much for your help! I just have one last question, do I ever need to flash ever again in order to get future updates? Or will I just have to scan for updates and update from there?
