I've done that but there's always a black box around the icon.

I made another small icon pack, open for requests ofc
- Icons are 100x100 px
- They are transparent "glass effect" (the color changes with your background)
- This are text only icons to be used with desktop visualizer or similar programs and various launchers
- The effect of the icons wont be good on a single color background so use some texured stuff, preferably live colors
- In the rar is included my .psd file if anyone wants to play
here is a screenshot:

}
update: the icons are sharper and easyer to see
Hope you like them

I shared this photo in the Post your Home Screen thread. I'm trying to use Screenshot but the colors are terrible. My screen isn't this brown, it's blue. None of the colors are right. How can I take a true colored screen shot?

ETA now I see where those tiny screen shots come from - from the XDA app, if you post using it.

Wow, that's much better, thank you!!
if anyone runs into the same problem with that app, there is an invert red and blue option. selecting that will fix the color problem

Well, I guess it's supposed to, but it didn't work. I'm happier with ShootMe, no fiddling required.
Does anyone know which .xml I need to edit to change the text color of the menu @ the bottom of this pic? As you can see or not see, the text is to dark to read. Thanks.

you can do it two ways...you could swap white/black in colors.xml (but that ll screw stuff up) or you can change what the menu calls on in styles.xml....
i link this in my "how to theme thread" but here it is anyway
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=9664604#post9664604
if you want a color other than white you d have to edit colors.xml as well though or change what color it calls on in that edit to another in colors.xml
Thanks nitsuj17! That just bought you a credit in the OP of my theme thread LOL!

You can use this theme. if you want stock icons, open as zip file with winrar or 7zip, delete icons file. And use it.
